We had 2-12 year olds with us and we bowled 3 games. It was pretty pricey. We paid $15 per person for shoe rental and 3 games. Lanes are nice and clean and numerous tvs on the lanes. They have wait service that brings drinks right to the lanes or fodd as well. The arcade was also fun for the kids. Numerous types of games. They even have a ball blaster game and a laser tag arena. Worth a visit if you want to have some fun.

I just went there with my son and grandson, and we had a blast! They dim the lights at nighttime, and have neon lights on and huge movie screens all around! They were very thorough at the check in counter, and our food service was great too! They have a good selection of balls for everyone, especially children and old Grammy's like me! It was a fun night!

Two families decided to start a new tradition and that is to get together and bowl the morning of New Years Eve; great idea but Brunswick failed to make it great. it could have been though!
We were required to choose a time slot as there would be a buffet of pizza, chicken strips and dries along with soda, champagne or sparking wine toast and party favors. Food, favors and such were great, the pizza and chicken strips were so good.
Now, I said we had to book a time slot, so they know when people are coming and how many so you would think they would staff accordingly for this onslaught of people that were to arrive at 10am - WRONG. We arrived at the desk to check in at 10:00am on the dot, were behind others and waited in line until 10:20am, finally at our lane at 10:30am after our check in.
Day was going great but then in the 8th frame of our 2nd game the screen indicated it was about to be turned off? What?
Went to the desk and asked why it was shutting off, they said it had been two hours; we responded with the fact we did not get to our lane until 10:30am. A younger gal with great customer service said "...we should have got here sooner"??? Really?
So I explained in depth to here what had happened and she did not care but once we pushed to talk to a manager or supervisor it was with DISGUST she said we could finish our game but that was it!
We all get there was another wave of people coming but really, you could A) staff accordingly to handle first time slot B) be a lot nicer n how to handle a situation like ours and C) we are all here to have fun and your attitude really put a damper on that.
Food was great - A+
Bar service was slow to start but she ended up doing a great job - A-
Customer Service by other staff at desk - F

They have decent deals on certain nights, but the per game pricing is outrageous. 3 games and a shoe rental on Sunday morning (when the place was empty) cost almost $45. A cheeseburger and a coke was almost $20. It’s clean for a bowling alley.

I enjoyed this place the last couple times I visited; we played pool table, laser tagg, and bowling. It was all done at a great price from 10pm to mid night on a Sunday night, and the service was awesome. Bring your friends and try it any time. It will be fun!

We had a great time out on a friday night! Drinks aren't too pricey and the monster cookie is amazing! Management and our server Dylan were awesome! I love the cosmic bowling and good music :)

I don't know where you guys are looking at but I have been bowling up there for 8 years since it opened up. There has been many people that have gone through the door that work there, but the staff is great Robert the manager is awesome. But the bowling has changed a year ago when AMF bottom out,, the lanes are inconsistent.. One week you have too much oil next week not enough. Plus they cut down on the staff the place used to be very very clean but the bean counters say we have to cut back. They used to open up at 9 o'clock on Saturday and Sunday for a dollar a game, no they open up at 11 o'clock $5 a game.. What the hell is that? I like the people that go up there but I hate the bowling I just can't wait till this year is over with. Thank you

My department hosted its holiday party at Brunswick Zone. After a delicious fajita bar for lunch, we spent the afternoon bowling the lanes, playing laser tag, and enjoying the arcade.
I didn't play laser tag, so I can't comment on that facility, but the bowing was great. They have 38 lanes for bowling, 19 lanes radiating out from the each of the longer sides of a central rectangle, which sported the counter for picking up shoes. This arrangement creates a space that feels more large than long. Another plus is that instead of the typical table, each pair of lanes offered two couches with a coffee table, making it more comfortable to pass the time between frames.
The arcade is truly gigantic, featuring a variety of games - skee-ball, claw games, big-game hunting, etc. I didn't play any myself, but walked through the expansive area and was impressed by the variety.

Went up there for a going away party on a Friday night expecting to over pay for cheap beer and get poor quality roller rink fries. Happy hour included $2 cheap beer and a few choices of discounted appetizers. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely be there again (after 9 p.m.).

Brunswick Zone is a fun place to go bowling and has great food to go with it. The gaming area is large and has some classic games like PacMan while also having some challenging games. The laser tag is very fun and has two levels.
They also have several specials such as cheap bowling and half price games.

I'm an experienced bowler and have bowled at nearly all the bowling alleys in the twin cities. I'm personally not a fan of the style of Brunswick Zone's fancy arcade/bowling hybrid, but I can't deny that it's a great place for kids and birthday parties.
Lanes: New, synthetic, clean. Oil patterns are fairly consistent. Pin action is abnormal.
Drinks: Not a very good selection.
Food: Above average for a bowling alley. Good selection of standard fare (pizza, burgers) as well as a few bonus dinner items.
Service: Fairly quick and friendly.
Arcade: A bit over-the-top and expensive for my taste. I prefer more traditional games.

Fun, food has gotten much better over the past couple years. The staff is awesome. Fun place for a dinner, drinks and bowling. Oh and pool and arcade too. No live music anymore though. Which is why I didn't give them a five.

What a fun place to be. Lots of lanes for bowling, lots of arcade games and even laser tag. The staff was very friendly and service was great. I wish they had one of these centers in Fargo. Highly recommend for a great time for a good value. The food and drinks were also really good.
