I love coming here to eat their food. There are 3 things in particular that I love to get, I get the fish tacos, the smoked meat sandwich or the Ruben. There chips are amazing and they have table cloths that are big sheets of paper and there are crayons at every table. You can color while you visit and... More

The atmosphere is amazing and the fresh Lake Superior fish always my favorite. The whole meal is put together really well. The restaurant is like a museum with the history of the north shore mining and camps!

Short intro...it is difficult having a relationship with someone a couple hours away. Me in Grand Marais and her in Duluth. So we from time to time try to meet in the middle. A few meetings ago we ended up at Camp 21 and what better place than this to meet for her birthday today. Midweek, early afternoon, it was... More

The turkey/rice soup and the fish tacos were fabulous! The service was great and the atmosphere is quite north woodsy.

The waitress was great, so provided attentive service and the food was good. Prices were comparable to other restaurants of the same style. Will visit again, great atmosphere!

Craving a burger, we unfortunately ordered and received a low-grade beef that was tasteless and not cooked to order. Nobody was in the restaurant, and we could see why. Needs a major quality upgrade in the food department

I love this place! We live in the area thankfully so we can come here when we get a few extra bucks. Food is always great! Service is good and the atmosphere is very relaxed and they are kid friendly. One cool idea that they have for kids and some adults is that they use plain brown paper table cloths... More

Arrived with a group of 10 for a late lunch. We were warmly greeted and waited a few minutes while they moved tables to accommodate us. The service was great and we all enjoyed our meals. I would recommend anything smoked or BBQ'd as that is what they are known for.

Stopped by on the way from the state parks. The positive reviews I read match our lunch experience. Our grouped tried the pulled pork, fish taco and bbq rib sandwich. Very good food for a reasonable price. Thumbs up.

Randomly stopped here after a long day of hiking on the North Shore. Short wait to be seated and then for our food to arrive. Food was fantastic...we all had different things and loved it. All agreed it tasted homemade and portion sizes were perfect. Plan to come back in the future.

Thank MnHockeyGal
