Been here several times while visiting family. Salads are tasty, chicken and beef pot pies savory and quite filling. Dessert pies haven't found one that was less than delicious. Really good cherry coffee. Highly recommended

We stopped in here for lunch. They use a lot of local products to make their food! Very kid friendly in a good place for a quick bite to eat!

When in Traverse City Michigan stop by the Grand Traverse Pie company. We had a breakfast stop with couples. The aroma of the baked goods filled the air. A large menu of fresh baked specialties including coffee's are available. I suggest the quiche Lorraine which is very tasty! Also the fresh blueberry turnover is awesome. A great local restaurant.

This reminded me of a 'flower power' cafe from the 70's! The food was mainly vegetarian with some delicious quiches on offer. Basic seating, but the place had a friendly feel to it.

Most of my visits are to pick up pie for or other items for take out. I pick them up for dinner with family or friends and holidays. They are always wonderful, anf they always have a great selection.

We stopped for lunch while on vacation. We all enjoyed our meals very much. I had the pot pie and it was absolutely wonderful! We also had pie, and the cherry crumb was the best pie that I've EVER had! So much so that we stopped by a couple days later to pick up a whole one to take home... More

Had the turkey Rachel sandwich and chili for lunch. The sandwich as usual was great! The chili was also very good. This place is very busy around lunch time but still provided great service

Not just fabulous pies. Also great soups, sandwiches, and quiches. I've never had a bad meal here. Icing the cake is the value. You don't pay an arm and a leg for your meal. Comfortable atmosphere. I've never felt rushed and never felt uncomfortable eating alone. I just wish they would remind me to use my loyalty card!

The original Grand Traverse Pie Company location! Our first Pie Shop opened in July of 1996 by company founders, Mike and Denise Busley. The shop is conveniently located on West Front Street in Traverse City, Michigan, just a short walk from downtown and a block from West Grand Traverse Bay. Our open-air design has the kitchen in full view of our customers. There's comfortable seating for those who would like to sit and relax with a slice of pie and a cup of gourmet coffee. We also have great lunch selections, with quiches, soups, pot pie by the slice, salads, sandwiches, and wraps. We serve espresso, smoothies, and a variety of homemade baked goods.
