A great place to stop and refuel between wineries. You can call ahead to order if you want to skip a line. The sandwiches are yummy and very filling, and you can choose from lots of different meats, cheeses, and toppings. Grab sandwich to go and have a picnic at the Old Mission lighthouse.

A really convenient place to grab a quick bite on the Mission Peninsula (where there definitely is a lack of food places). You can get your food & drink to go or eat it there. Reasonably priced and quick service. Definitely recommend!

My husband and I were looking for a quick and hearty lunch between wineries and found Bad Dog Deli. The atmosphere is great and the service is excellent. Our sandwiches were delicious. We will definitely be making a stop here next time we go wine tasting.

Stopped there while touring mission peninsula.,great bread. Deli meat is boars head. All four of us loved our sandwiches. Which were made to order.

This is one of the best places in all of Traverse City and an a so must when you are on The Mission. The service is great, locally owned, delicious sandwiches and every Better Made chip option you can think of!!!

Get the southwest chicken wrap or Italian stallion. Get them toasted. Try the cup of southwest chicken soup. We sat outside and enjoyed the day!

food not very good was not a fan I probably would not eat here again unless a part of my body was cut off and I was forced to eat here. The staff was very nice and friendly! But the food was so bad that I thought for a second I was eating roasted dog "butt hole".

We came across this as we were leaving the area and so glad we did. I read a few unflattering reviews but we really enjoyed our lunch. They have a lunch special that includes a drink with your sandwich. My husband had the Italian special and I had a bowl of mushroom and wild rice soup. We both really liked our choice. We did not encounter any lengthy wait and we got there around 11:30.

We ate lunch here at the suggestion of an employee at a local winery. It was one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely stop here again the next time I am in this part of the state.

Convenient Location - On M-37, next to the gas station and grocery store. Right in the middle of several area attractions. We ate there twice during our week-long stay as guest keepers of the lighthouse. The menu selection was great, as was the food. A good place to meet some locals.

We were wine tasting on the Old Mission Peninsula, and stopped here for lunch. Very unique place, and the staff was very friendly. We ordered soup and sandwich, both were delicious. The soup was a chicken pasta pepper jack cheese soup. It was the best soup I have ever had. I asked for the recipe, and they won't share it, so I will be back for more.
