Good food. Portion are not too large. You have still capacity for a delicious dessert. Nice view at the marina and the lake.

This is my favorite place...the food is great and the service is spectacular. The owner is there everynight to ensure that all is done perfectly. The new raw bar is a great addition. You should try the specials and my favorite cosmopolitans.

Awesome, The Restaurant had a nice atmosphere and the food was great. Our waiter Keenan was very nice and helped me out in presenting my fiancée with her engagement ring.

The Boathouse NEVER stops delivering! The views of Bowers Harbor, the nearby islands, and the view across the west arm of Grand Traverse Bay are worth your time. However, the imaginative meals, desserts (black pepper creme broulette), extensive wine list (go native and be surprised with the quality offerings). You must make a reservation, sit outside, bring a sweater most... More

Five stars for food and wait staff. We called for a reservation at 11:30 am Wednesday for a party of four at 6 pm that evening. The woman asked me to spell my name twice and asked for my phone number. We arrived at 5:56 pm with our guests. We were informed by a haughty disgruntled maitre d that there... More

We wanted to take some friends out for a special dinner and our research told us this was the place. We were not disappointed as the total bill was what we expected. The entire menu is pricey, but the portion size is good. We started with the Foie Gras and the Michigan cheese plate-both were excellent. Each of us had... More

Beautiful sight to watch the sunset and have a drink. Went there for steaks. I had the fillet which was tasty and has been had the New York steak special which was nothing to write home about Prices were very high for the quality of the food. Staff is very nice and accommodating! Beautiful sunset!

We did not eat here. We stopped for a cocktail while driving up the old mission peninsula. Ordered a Long Island and a Moscow mule from the bar and sat in Adirondack chairs out by the water. The mule was perfect. The ginger beer they use was strong and delicious. The Long Island was weak. $25 for two drinks with... More

Wish I would have remembered to photograph the dinner. I had the salmon minus the mustard glaze, the cauliflower risotto was to die for, great. My husband had the halibut with asparagus. Also wonderful. We finished with the vanilla bean cheesecake with fresh strawberries and blueberries. Well worth the money, make a reservation and don't write the review while your... More
