We've been to TC for several sports tournaments and are always frustrated by the fact that most restaurants won't take group/team reservations. We had a group of 36 they accommodated. The food was good, variety is always great, and service was good despite our big group and rowdy young players (10 year old boys). I'd go there again, for sure.

We went there for dinner on a weekday evening, the restaurant was not busy, the service was average and the food was really good. Excellent desserts also.

Don't bother....it was a rushed visit with an old-time friend and it was close by. The server was great but the margarita was cheap and the chili (namesake dish???) was almost inedible.

always good with hot food and great service, glad to see the Original Chicken Crispers still on the menu, always good. My husband tried the new Prime Rib Fajita's that were melt in your mouth good :) :)

The food was good, the server was even better! The bill was kind of high, though. Not what I expected!

There are better restaurants in Traverse City but Chili's does get the job done if need be. It isnt located badly and is decent for the money.

We stopped here for dinner and I had ribs with dr.pepper bbq sauce and I loved them. The meal came with salad, fries, and mini molten cake. It was a great special. We also had guacamole with chips which were great as well.

Arrived for dinner and were seated right away. Wait staff were a bit slow to find us. Chips and salsa was a very good appetizer- and is all you can eat. Seating area and restrooms seem dated. Place was clean but wait staff seemed like they were only performing a job - no enthusiasm at all. Had to send an... More

My husband and I eat lunch here a few times a year. We enjoy the Margarita chicken, fajitas and a variety of salads. Their "two for $20" entrees with an appetizer is a good deal with a good selection of choices. Their margaritas are also very good and prices are reasonable. Waitstaff has always been pleasant and efficient.

Disappointed .....place very dated and really shopworn. Can't comment on the food....we left. Needs a good cleaning. Sat for a few minutes at a sticky table and decided 'not' gonna do it.
