Food second to none hospitality was fantastic manager Kevin and all his staff are just great, they are so dog friendly too and even have dog beer and they donate to animal charities... More

Popped in for a quick Saturday night meal after attending the Henley festival. Good attitude from all the bar and waiting staff and food quick to arrive. Both the fish and chips and the Chicken , ham and leek pie were excellent as was the local ale. Good atmosphere too with the garden full of families. A proper pub, obviously... More

It made a world of difference when the owner works with their customers. I am utterly impressed on the busiest day at Henley - July 2nd the Saturday of the Regatta, the owner took his time to ensure me and my family was taken care of. I have never experienced such care in other establishments where I had the good... More

First time here and enjoyed the meal. The staff are knowledgeable about the food and I can certainly recommend the scallops and the black pudding. Good choices from pub classics to more interesting options. The duck was good, pink but did need a steak knife. Interesting selection of desserts - much better than the usual fare! Happy to return.

Lovely food with pleasant and efficient service. Very child friendly. Good ranges of wines and beers. Great garden with good children's play area - we couldn't use it this time because it was raining heavily.

We have eaten here several times and it is always an enjoyable experience. Since the last visit I think there's a new manager and staff. The menu was varied without overwhelming you with choices. There were four of us, all having three courses, and we all really appreciated what we chose. Service was exceptional, particularly by the Scotsman, who we... More

My girlfriend and I visited the Baskerville last week, and I am so glad I took the leap of faith and tried somewhere new! Every aspect of this place is just fantastic. A warm, homely, relaxed atmosphere with very friendly and attentive staff. The manager offered us a more suitable table than the one initially booked without us even asking... More

Good food, super service. Patio area was a bit noisy on the day of my visit due to building sites nearby, but still enjoyable. The interior of the pub looked nice as well. Food is cooked with a modern, light touch. It's right on the Thames Path, so time your walk so that you can have lunch here, but they... More
