Have been going to Evans Street Station on and off for years. Always a great place for a nice meal. Food and service consistently good. Will return.

We selected Evans Street Station for our anniversary and we were not disappointed. We dined on whitefish and beef tenderloin entrees. The creamy potato soup was outstanding. The shaved pear spinach salad was fresh and lively. The hidden surprise were the super light and crispy potato chips. They were airy and well seasoned. Best in-house potato chips we've come across.... More
this is in the top five of all restaurants to me. Beautiful evening, we sat on the patio, quiet evening. Our waiter was real informative. I had the best martini ever. He explained just what was in it. So I ordered it. The salad was cold, crisp and with fresh veggies, the main course was served on time and was extra... More
Since the last chef left....I don't know but...after at least 6 "new chef" visits, I'm disappointed. I am not going in to all of the details. No one is paying me to review. Just wanted to say thst I'm sad to experience this decline.
Stopped at the Evans Street Station for lunch on our way from Ann Arbor. What a great place. The menu was very interesting, the salmon was absolutely delicious and the service was first class. In addition, the town is just full of little shops. A great place to visit. We'll be going back for dinner real soon.

As for the restaurant, it was very good, but I would not say Excellent. The atmosphere is certainly nothing special. The service was very good, and most of the food... More
What a treat in a small Michigan town near my hometown. Former fire station tastefully renovated. Extensive gourmet dinner & drink menu. Food nicely presented and waitstaff superb. Was celebrating my birthday with my twin sister.
We were three for lunch, a long affair with drinks, lots of tales to tell, fine food, and dessert. Charming place, though perhaps a bit too much light. Equally charming was our poised and cheerful server, # 435 Alex. By big city standards our meals were very good; for a small town rather outstanding, really. Steak, risotto with beef tips,... More
This is definitely my favorite restaurant in Lenawee County. Everything I've tried has been delicious! I especially love their salads. Everything is local and fresh. And the appetizers are tasty and fun to try and share. It isn't cheap, but you're paying for the best quality and service when you visit this place. I recommend it to everyone looking for... More
