If you love middle eastern cuisine, then you b will love this place! Everything is so good, its always busy with the locals for takeout but you can get a seat fairly quickly!

Great food, pleasant staff. Only foods from the east i eat unless it's sweet and sour chicken from China.

We dined at Malek Al Kabob Sunday evening. Fahd, the manager, welcomed us. Ben, our waiter, was outgoing, efficient and very friendly. We began our meals with hommous with pita, followed with lentil soup and salad which were both very tasty. All of us had lamb kabobs, medium, served with Our friends, shared a dinner and we each ordered one.... More

The food is amazing. Not sure what to try...just ask. The staff are very helpful and attentive. The music is a bit loud but overall a great find!

We eat her all the time this is one of if not the best local restaurant. The service is always good, the people are friendly, but what really stands out is the food! It's good, really good. The deboned chicken is excellent and a great value. The beef kabob is honestly the best beer kabob I have ever tasted in... More

Love deboned chicken, fatoush salad, hummus, bread.....the list goes on. Anything you order you will be happy with. And you'll probably have some left to take home. Fruit drinks are great too.

I don't know how they do it for under $20, but a whole chicken dinner over almond rice (tastes like it's cooked over a charcoal grill}, homemade bread right out of the oven, garlic spread to die for, and the freshest salad ever with light lemon oil... And we usually have enough left over for one or two meals for... More

Pleasantly greeted and seated. Wait staff was patience and informative. Fresh juice, falafel and salad. Left satisfied with a healthy meal. We shall return.

Our family enjoyed a delicious meal last evening. I recommend trying the chicken peniee its tender and nicely seasoned. Shawarma is always a solid choice as well. Frozen lemonade or one of the other fruity drinks are a wise choice on a hot summer day.

We stopped by Malek Al Kabob after a day of sightseeing in Detroit for a light dinner... (Ford Piquette Avenue Plant & Motown Museum--both must see attractions!). What a great ending to the day! The mini pita breads were literally fresh and hot out of the brick oven and came with awesome garlic cream sauce; we ordered a side of... More
