We ordered $120 worth of food today and the steak was burnt to the point it was inedible. We called to let them know this and that they also did not deliver the strawberry lemonade. After confirming that the order was placed through their website...online, we waited 7 minutes on hold before a very rude woman stated that the “manager was too busy to speak with us and that we had to call back later” and then she hung up. We called back we waited a few minutes then spoke to Lizzie the manager. She was polite and apologetic. We had to drive there to have our food replaced. While at the restaurant, a woman brought the wrong lemonade. I asked her to pull her mask over her mouth while speaking to me. She rolled her eyes and continued speaking as if I had said nothing to her. I believe she was the same rude person over the phone. What a way not only to treat your customers but first responders. Lizzie was the only saving grace. Thanks for the extra soba noodles but not coming back. Dr MMore

There was a long wait to be seated which wouldn't be a problem if it was worth it. It is definitely overpriced because of it's location maybe. The floor is just blah if you ask me. I got wings..they were expensive and not that great....The food was just warm. Not impressed. Besides the building being modern and nice to look at..no thanks. Got the cheese curds..not bad but salty for sure. Fries weren't hot. Wouldn't go againMore

I stopped in here twice now. The first was with a party of 8, and I thought the bill was high, but I paid for a couple people so I did not really look. Today I bought One Beer, granted a tall beer (Draft) of...their "Specials". $9.95 seems like a lot for one beer. I like to leave a tip also, was going to have a couple beers, but for 2-3 beers, I could eat a meal and have a couple beers in many places. The beer was a Wheat beer and it tasted good...right temp and all. I give them that! There are many 5 star places around...I would expect that from there, but truthfully, even Pauls Chophouse charges less for a beer!More

We were invited to a surprise birthday gathering on 6/5/21 and we called to see if we could get a reservation since there would be 12 of us. We were told they did not take reservations, so we decided we would get there about 45...minutes before the guest of honor arrived and we would be able to be seated. Once we arrived we were told by the host/hostess that our wait would be 60-90 minutes. So we migrated to the bar for a cocktail while we waited and we stood there for a good 15 minutes before empty glasses were cleared and we were asked what we would like (even though we saw several other people who sat at the bar after us and were served before us). There were 3 bartenders that I could see working and the one guy with the tattoos all over finally took our order. He came across as rude and dismissive - like we were being a burden to him. Then the female bartender came into the picture and she had picked up on our conversation about vacations. That was fine until a couple of F-bombs were dropped. Very rude and unprofessional. Nevertheless we had two rounds of drinks (2 coors light, 2 miller lite, and two Tito's and lemonade @ $9.25 each) that came to just under $50! It should also be mentioned after we inquired about our seating that there were two 6-8 top tables in the middle of the dining room that sat empty for the entire duration of our wait, We suggested we had no problem being split into two or three tables, but were told that we were quoted 90 minutes and there was nothing they could do. Absolutely ridiculous. We finally were seated and the only bright spot was our server Wendy who took our order and the food came out fairly quick. I should note that or three dinners on my bill were 4 dollars more that the bar tab. This was our 1st visit here and our last. Like so many other reviews, if you like long waits, rude and dismissive staff, mediocre food, and expensive call drinks, then this is your place. Good luck BJ's Hall RD. - you're gonna need it.More

We enjoyed a nice meal and some drink specials. Our waitress Elizabeth S. did a wonderful job on waiting on us, and was very helpful with my questions on food choices. Service, food & drinks were all great!

We wanted to sit outside during the pandemic, but Hall Rd is so noisy, we had to sit inside. I got the vegetarian mini pizza which was very good. Hubby got the wings and he enjoyed them also. Out server Kristina D took very good...care of us. I would say they are pricey, and nothing special, although we heard good things about it.More

I arrived to pick up a carry-out and called the number for curbside service. I was then told that they would bring it right out as soon as the order was put together. After waiting for over a half hour past the original pick-up time...I finally called back and asked where our food was, At that time I was told that there was a problem with the baked potato. I told them if they can't bring the order out by now to cancel the order and issue an immediate credit for the purchase along with the tip. I was then told that everything was ready and they could bring it out immediately. Upon arrival with our food I was informed that the manager would be coming out to get my information so they could issue a credit on the baked potato due to the fact that they had run out of them (AT 6PM). I asked them why they didn't bother to call and offer a substitute as soon as the found out the didn't have any - NO ANSWER. Waiting a bit longer the same guy came back (NO MANAGER) to get my information. At this time I had given up and told him to keep the partial order and just issue the credit. I was totally amazed that the manager could not be bothered to fix a problem. The manager must be for title only and not for performance. How do you run out of an item when it's very early in the service time. Especially when you can only seat 50%. We were told that they were slammed. Again, how are you slammed at 50% capacity? How are they going to handle 100% capacity...GOOD LUCK! This was my first experience at this establishment. I would be a fool to try again!!!More

Came with the wife for a lunch date. Ordered the cauliflower app, good but seemed to miss the zing I’ve had before at other places. The wife ordered the soup and salad lunch special which we liked. Broccoli cheddar and a wedge salad. Both were...good and soup was good flavored. I ordered the Philly sandwich with fries. Fries were good and crispy and the sandwich was good. Little too juicy but overall good sandwich. Probably give it another chance, wasn’t blown away but wasn’t unimpressed either. Good bang for the buck.More

First time here, tried their own beer that was on special for happy hour. It was alright, would not have it again. The limited food specials again not so great. The sliders were more like hockey pucks, actually much smaller, just a cremated piece of...meat on a miss sized bun. Don't think we'll be going back.More

Driven by a few times, So took my Wife and Son. Walked in place looked great. We sat at a high top over in the Bar area. For first 10 minutes wait staff just walked by looking at us and even tho we made eye...contact no one stopped by to take a drink order or even asked if we were being helped. Food was ok, but expensive. Next issue my Son ordered a Sprite and on refill the waiter filled it with water. Then my wife ordered the Tri Tip meal around $15.00. 10 minutes later we were told they are out of Tri Tip would she like the Prime Rib. Our Mistake in thinking we'd get it for the same price because they were out. Now bill time they didn't remove the Tri Tip and put on the $29.00 Prime until I said something. Not worth us ever going back.More
