Vegan, vegetarian, or PETA (people eating tasty animals)...all can be happy here. Locally grown, fresh ingredients served with a constantly changing original twist. Original drinks...leaded or unleaded...and a laid back atmosphere. Creative.

Been going to this Sweet Lorraine's for many years. Love the easy, relaxed atmosphere, great cocktails and always a vegetarian option that's inventive. But the menu had become routine. Went last week and had a wonderful meal. Crispy Brussels sprouts starter was inspired. Spicy, crispy and a perfect share for two. Main course was a lovely, light and simple seafood... More

I had an evening out with my adult daughter and was trying to figure out a nice place to eat. After going through the usual list I remembered Sweet Lorraine's. And it turned out to be a good decision. Our server Scott, was friendly and the place was pretty full for a Wednesday night. We ordered cocktails, a "kick your... More

This was always a reliable place for dinner or lunch. Pleasant atmosphere and very good food with good service. But after many years of patronage I have to say I doubt I would return. The food is still fine, perhaps not quite as good as it was. The service is very unprofessional (server said she had never opened wine before... More

I liked that most of the food was from local farms, there were healthy choices, and organic choices. However some of the food was very plane. My Brisket was good but not the best I've had. I tried my husband's shrimp po'boy and it was tasteless. The kids also complained there food was bland. We also ordered desert, which was... More

I actually wrote the review down below where I was supposed to tell what dishes I recommend... I'm too lazy to retype the entire thing here, but trust me the experience at Sweet Lorraines was fantastic!!

We're regular customers at Sweet Lorraine's on Greenfield Road. Lately I've become more adventurous with my selections, veering away from my normal salmon which is delicious. My last three experiences have been disappointing, but last night hit the bottom of the barrel. I had the white fish anniversary special. I was served a paper-thin piece of white fish stuck to... The lobster Mac and cheese was the best I ever had. They have a great wine list and Andre was an exceptional server even though we came in just before close. We didn't even get desert but next time we will.

Sweet Lorraine has vegan and vegetarian options, as well as, interesting tasty food with new twists that make it good for many people. It is bright and lively, with an atmosphere that is whimsical with little tightrope walker lights strung across the room. Everything adds up to a pleasant meal out that feels special. The food tastes great and I... More

Well appointed and relaxed atmhosphere, Sweet Lorraine's seems to have a very big following with many local residents dining on Saturday evening-a good sign for consistent quality and service. The menu is varied and includes plenty of options for vegetarians, including a few for vegans. Not being either, I still chose the vegan portobello mushroom sandwich and it was outstanding.... More
