My wife and I went grocery shopping late in the afternoon but decided first to get something to eat, food was good, I had fish and chips and a great bowl of onion soup, my wife had some kind of chicken sandwich, service was good...and the restaurant clean. The weather was in the single digits so the onion soup was just what I needed.More

We were driving pass looked like nice place to eat WOW what a joke. Started by taking long time for pretzel appetizer, than when waitress brought me my salad I said this isn't French dressing. She replied yea it looks like Italian. She took it...back to get French said they were out of French so cook put what he wanted on salad, ruined the salad part. After see several people come in after us and get their food I told wife ' Bet you my steak will be way over cooked'. 20 minutes later FINALLY get food and sure enough medium rare steak was WELL done. Manager said he would take it off bill since my dinner was ruin with 3 out of 3 items. THAN wife was trying to enjoy her nacho's when she realized they didn't have any beef on them. Menu said beef, chicken or both so waitress took it up on herself to order chicken INSTEAD of coming back to ask which she would like.Easy to place this restaurant in to TOP 3 of WORSE places we have ate in 39 states.More

It was a cold November day, just before Thanksgiving when my daughter took us to Mr. B's. I ordered a Texas burger with chips. Boy, what a hamburger! Probably the best burger I've had anywhere! I was so impressed I asked my daughter to find...out what their secret is the next time she goes there.More

Service was fast. Three pieces of fish and seasoned fried. Creamy coleslaw. Dining advantage gave us an $8 discount on the entree. I would go back.

There are a lot of local places to choose from in Shelby Township. I like the Mr. B's for several reasons. Clean, roomy, overall pretty decent food, not too loud and a good choice of drinks and beer's on tap. The service has always been...good for us. They had a triva game going the night we were there and there was a decent crowd with some fun answers.More

Went there thinking it was the same menu as the one in Royal Oak. Turns out it's not. I ordered my usual BBQ pulled pork without looking at the menu....Always read the menu as things can change. Mine came on a onion roll, which I...hate with Bacon and cheese on it. Totally not satisfied. The atmosphere was nice though. The place was busy for a Sunday afternoon so it can't be all that bad.More

We took the family there for burgers and a beer. They were having a two graduation parties and a birthday party when we got there. Within minutes they got a table pulled out and set up for our group, and while we were waiting they...got a chair for my 92 year old Mother-in-law to rest while waiting. Not only the best "Slop Burger" around, but truly home town type service.More

I have been here about 3 different times and not impressed. Service terrible, food not that great, and a bit over priced for what you get. I'd only come back with friends to drink and maybe have some apps only.

We love to go to Mr. B's for their famous "Slop Burger", awesome shoe string fries, and a few cold brews. We almost always select this place after a football game. There is normally no wait to get a table, and you get treated like...family by the staff.More
