All Poutine Platters served with our Homemade Cole Slaw. Pure Poutine pronounced "peu-tin" The National Dish of Canada Invented by Fernand Lachance of Quebec. Calling it cheese and gravy fries is an insult. Our version is twice fried potatoes, white & orange Wisconsin cheese curds, tossed with steaming homemade gravy. You won’t believe the decorations in this place. A Taxidermist’s dream! Plus the food was wonderful. You must try one one of their Poutines.
