All Poutine Platters served with our Homemade Cole Slaw. Pure Poutine pronounced "peu-tin" The National Dish of Canada Invented by Fernand Lachance of Quebec. Calling it cheese and gravy fries is an insult. Our version is twice fried potatoes, white & orange Wisconsin cheese curds, tossed with steaming homemade gravy. Traditional or one of the maniacal variations below will evoke dreamy junk food emotions that you won't understand. Don't Panic!

You won’t believe the decorations in this place. A Taxidermist’s dream! Plus the food was wonderful. You must try one one of their Poutines.
