Very good ice cream. Like others, I have had good ice cream in other places (Door County), but this is Saugatuck and this ice cream is very very good. Place gets pretty crowded and depending on how many people are working, it can be a long wait. Just relax and enjoy the lovely smells. The fudge is worth it.

We had been told in advance of our trip to Saugatuck to be sure and stop at Kilwin's for ice cream and of course we did. Some of the best ice cream I have ever had and the the fudge was pretty fantastic as well. You can't go to Saugatuck without sampling some of the best ice cream ever.

This is the first, and probably last, Kilwins I have been in. Their ice cream was good, but no better than several other places I can think of and a single dip cone was over $5.00. But my husband wanted caramel corn and imagine his shock to find that a bag of a pound and a half was anywhere from... More

We went to Kilwins Chocolates and my husband brought Chocolate Walnut Fudge out to the car to me. It was delicious...absolutely the best...BUT, in the middle of the night, I realized that one of my front top teeth was broken ... it was a Friday night and we were 9 hours from home...I'm not blaming Kilwins. It was just a... More

This was very good but not really worth the price. The fudge is a good value but the other things like chocolate covered graham crackers were very expensive.

Highly recommend the peanut butter and jelly and Kilwin's Mud. Velvety smooth fudge. Their peanut butter cups (with dark chocolate) are also very good.

The fella behind the counter was so pleasant and suggested great fudge; Salted Carmel was super! The ice cream selection was great too.

Have to get ice cream on a summer vacation and this place didn't disappoint. Delicious flavors. The location we were in had a very short line, but people said the other one was packed. Lots of choices and toppings. I had a very dark chocolate with pieces of brownie and fudge, amazing!! Have to go back!

On our first day of our trip we walked Butler Street and found Kilwins. We had ice cream cones and they were awesome! On the second day of our trip we stopped in here for fudge. The fudge is made in house fresh every day. It was amazing. I don't even have words to describe. It you are a chocoholic... More
