I have frequented this establishment many times since 2004. The bake good are not really my thing but the homemade soup and sandwiches are very good. In the past, the staff has seemed more friendly than my last visit. It appears there has been a turnover in employees, for whatever reason, not as personable. I also wish they offered healthier... Nothing out of the ordinary. Traditional donut, coffee cake, cookies. Some sandwiches. Locals love this little gem. Coffee just so so, but I'm a Starbucks gal.

If you want good baked goods, stop here. The chocolate cake donuts are the best in the area and their Danish (especially almond) melt in your mouth. It's a great stop on a Saturday morning after walking the bluff in St. Joseph.

Stopped in here and picked up a few items to take home with us after dining at a nearby restaurant along State Street. Upon entering you notice how limited the space is in the interior of the building. There would have been more available space except the small seating area for patrons was roped off, with a do not enter... More

Everything we've had has been great. I get our bread there. The donuts and baked goods are great. We get soup to-go on a regular basis.

Adorable little bakery. They had a full selection of Italian butter cookies pastries and then little to go items. They have indoor seating along with a couple of benches outside. I only had one butter cookie is I am planning on eating my way down the block. The cookie was delicious.

This place is great. It had awesome pastries, but you have to go early. I see a review that they had a sparse selection, it really has to be timing. If you want fresh, then they're bound to run out instead of making too much and throwing it away. My favorite thing here is the long john with creme.. It... More

Friday is the best day to get my favorite french crullers, but with so many choices you won't be disappointed! It is a must visit for anyone who loves a good pastry or donut!

They are open for breakfast, barely. They serve a few breakfast items and they had coffee available. The place looked amazing and so did the bakery items. But I was shocked in a tourist town like this they didn't offer any gluten free options.
