A great surprise! I was in the mood for breakfast but not the usual fare. Lucky me! I happened onto Caffe FarBella. The menu items are diverse for a coffee house. With light jazz playing in the background and inviting surroundings I enjoyed a Corned...beef and Swiss quiche. Super great crust and well seasoned. Definitely a return location for this. Bonus: the staff is friendly and accommodating.More

I have been here twice. The workers were really friendly. The atmosphere is nice and laid back. Their breakfast sandwiches are really good. Haven’t tried their desserts but they look great. You can sit outside weather permitting. Easy parking located in downtown St Clair Shores....Will be returning soon.More

Jack and Karen prepare wonderful sandwiches on a variety of breads and there are always great soups that change daily. Friday is mac & cheese day Karen's specialty.

I had a sandwich which was ok, and a brownie which was rock hard. Must have been made a day or two before. When I mentioned the brownie was very hard to the owner, he just looked at me (like oh well to bad), and...did nothing about it. Don't recommend this placeMore

The food is ok, soup and sandwiches. When I asked some questions about the food, the owner (who takes your order) was rude and didn't want to be bothered. Not a friendly place and I do not recommend it.

Caffe Far Bella is a gem for lunch in St. Clair Shores. Ingredients are fresh and sandwiches are inventive. This week, I had the turkey and Swiss on multi-grain bread; the turkey is fresh sliced and the portion is what I would expect at a...first-rate cafe. I have had quiche on previous visits, which was also very good. Service is friendly (order at the counter and the meal is brought to the table) and the atmosphere is casual. It is a great place to meet friends for lunch or a cup of coffee (lots of choices) and pastry. I highly recommend.More

The owners of this restaurant are very friendly and have the right idea how to run a cafe. The menu is extensive from homemade soups and sandwiches to upscale selections. Way more then just a coffee shop! This is a gem in our city.

Quiet, friendly, like cheers - they know your name. You hope they do not get bigger and lose their charm.

We were attending an outdoor festival and market when lunch time beckoned. My wife went to a very nice looking restaurant (which happened to be across the street from Cafe FarBella) and texted me after one hour to say she'd just been waited on. Add...another 45 minutes before she returned to our vendor booth. I decided to try Cafe FarBella and what a wonderful meal! I tried one of their specials for the festival (Polish sausage) and a latte. Both were excellent. Add to that a wonderful family feel, welcoming staff and a pleasant environment...what's not to love?More
