The Royal Treat Tea Room is such a fun place to meet up with friends and eat some tasty food. I so enjoy looking at all of the very old and pretty tea cups and pots. I have found a new favorite tea as well....The food is always delicious. The menu is limited but who cares when it tastes so good.More
The scones here are so good that unless you are a master baker, you will quit making them at home. Also, the quiches are great. I buy a whole quiche and it easily feeds 6 couples for an elegant brunch.
Had my first visit and couldn't have enjoyed it more. Brought along a few friends and all of us loved our quiche lunch and amazing scones! The service and teas were perfect....a relaxed atmosphere that felt like we were family! We will definitely be back❤❤
The restaurant is small, but decorated perfectly to fit its theme. The smell of scones is heavenly when you walk in the door. My children took me for brunch to celebrate my birthday. We had quiche with salad which was very tasty. The scones were already...on the table, so we didn't get to select our scones. They were all covered with some type of glaze which made them very sweet. I would have preferred a plain one. They were a bit under staffed for the Saturday crowd and we had to wait a while to get a refill of tea. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and I would return.More
YES they do have sugar free scones but the selection is limited and they do not carry a lot of them, but even the regular free scones are not that sweet but you can try a mixed pack and there I believe there are 4 to a pack... More
