I had a late breakfast here one day this week. My omelet was excellent. The waitress was friendly but was mostly absent after she brought the food. No coffee refills and she never brought the check. I waited for about 15 minutes after I was...finished with my meal. Zero from her. I finally just left money on the table. I had to guess the amount since I had received no check. Hopefully it was enough to cover the bill. Go for the food...but not for the service.More

This was our second stop at Nick's 4 Roses, and the first time we were able to eat in. The servers are very attentive, and don't let you lack for anything. The meal was excellent. When we stopped before, we had the gyro sandwich (this...is one of the few places north of Detroit that does a good job with Greek food) - we both really enjoyed them, even tho we had to eat them in our car :-) This time the dining room was open. As I mentioned before, the service is excellent, coffee is hot & tasty, and the food arrived in great time. This time, M'Lady had the Gyro Wrap. Like the sandwich, but wrapped in a grilled tortilla, the delivery is much like a chimichanga with tzatziki sauce. Very tasty, it's a real winner for those who love gyros but all that pita bread is a bit much. I had the Greek Skillet. This lovely concoction combines gyro meat, tomatoes, feta chees, onions, and crispy hash browns. It is served with 2 eggs cooked to your pleasure on top, and sausage gravy over the whole dish. It is an inspired combination, and certainly not something you'll find at the local fast food outlet. The staff are very accommodating, I asked for 2 grilled biscuits instead of the hash browns in my order, it was just as i dreamed when it arrived. As others have said, this is NOT your white tablecloth upmarket type of restaurant. Many of those restaurants in the area could take some tips from Nick's on great food and fast, friendly service!More

don't expect fine dining, it's a diner and one of the best around. Eat there several times a month. Extensive menu, great salads, breakfast is to die for, fish and chips, great sandwiches, hot meals, and the best pita. the girls are hard-working and kind...so don't forget to tip. One more thing, the meals you receive are humungous and DELISH.More

Nicks is an excellent family restaurant, I’ve eaten lunch here dozens of times and the food is always great. I particularly like the cordon blue chicken sandwich. The prices are very reasonable as well.

Our family of 4 stopped in for breakfast/lunch before checking into KOA. The portions were very enormous, fair prices & decent food.
