Being fans of the Victorian aesthetic, this funky little establishment is a visual treat. After browsing about a bit (enjoying the woodwork, pictures, stained glass, theater seats, foliage, light fixtures, etc.) we proceeded to give our tastebuds a treat as well. Our server, Keith, was...professional and attentive. My spouse, a real soup aficionado, was very pleased; loving both the mushroom steak and loaded potato soups. I quite enjoyed the meatloaf sandwich, and accompanying potato salad. And, we both found the hot fudge sundae a nicely indulgent ending to a very pleasurable dining experience. This is definitely a solid option to revisit, on our next trip to the area.More

This cafe/ice-cream parlor is a step back in time experience. The unique antique Victorian decor is very appealing especially for those who appreciate the era it replicates. The waiter was wonderful. I started with french onion soup that was good. The special of the day...offered various combinations of stir fry entrees. I chose the shrimp. It was very tasty although not fabulous. I will return to try something else and this time bring my elderly mother with me as she would enjoy it.More

We stopped for dessert after a day watching people and boats on the St Clair River. Great ambiance and yummy ice cream delights. Service was excellent!

Our group all liked the dishes we ordered. We had some delicious ice cream treats for dessert. While we were there, our server got a call announcing her exciting Chicago internship in the Fall. We were so happy to share in her good news. This...restaurant is a little gem.More

We decided to try this unique sounding restaurant. We went inside and found a beautiful Victorian interior. The food was very food. I had a chicken quesadilla that was so good I finished the whole thing. My husband had shrimp salad with lemon vinaigrette dressing....Also, excellent. We couldn't go into an ice cream parlor and walk away without eating some. I had a single scoop of Traverse City cherry fudge ice cream. It was to die for. We're doing back for Mother's Day!More

I worked across the street and had a chocolate milkshake at least once a week. It is made with hand dipped icecream and tastes amazing. Food is awesome as well and the venue is a must see. Price is fair.

This place couldn’t be any better. The staff and owners are so friendly, kind and accommodating. The wife actually is gluten free herself so they are very aware of the concerns and take the precautions. Ask for their gluten free menu, they have many options.

This was our first time dining at the Atrium. The staff was so friendly, made us feel welcomed right away. The building is so beautiful inside with the decor being unique but eye catching. The copper designs in the ceiling set it off. The food...was great. The potato soup is my favorite. We will definitely be stopping in for lunch as well.More
