I wanted one of everything. The server was nice enough to let me know the "best sellers" so we picked up two loaves. Delicious doesn't do it justice. Inspired, artistic, decadent, and respectful. I'm so glad I don't live closer to this store.

We stopped in after reading reviews when we were in the area on vacation. They have an excellent selection of breads and goodies. We purchased 3 different types of bread and a variety of their cookies. Everything was so tasty we stopped back and made another purchase to bring home. This is a must stop when you're in the area. My husband and I don't eat a lot of bread but when it's as excellent as this, we don't mind the splurge! Yummy!!!

Confession: Our Family is hooked on the Breadworks’ cracked peppercorn and Parmesan bread esp when warmed on a griddle. Enjoy!

Overpriced, highly: $ 10.95 for 7 oz of crostini. Also, when u buy a loaf of bread, they give up a dirty look of u don’t tip!! For what? Running the cash register?

Stepping inside you just know that this is a great place. Not fancy, built for baking. Energetic staff, truly happy to be there , providing high quality products to local and visiting patrons. Sample table provides a hint of the quality offered for sale. The Addictive Granola is a must ! The breads bring you in. You will leave with more! Cookies and Granola are also the best!

Far and away the BEST breads and baked goods in the area. Parmesan peppercorn, cherry pecan & sourdough breads. Their rhubarb turnovers are excellent. Don’t forget their Addictive Granola, cookies, muffins & scones. Toast a piece of cherry pecan bread & spread with cream cheese for a delicious treat.

Crooked Tree Bread works offers huge loaves of fantastic sour dough bread. The pepper parmesan tastes amazing. The cherry pecan is so tasty that you might be tempted to eat it all at once. For a special treat, try the granola and/or the coffee. it

We make sure to visit Crooked Tree at least 2-3 times every year during our family vacation. The cheddar scallion scones are one of my favorite things ever, however this trip I now deal with some severe allergies and have to eat vegan. I emailed in advance to see if I would be able to have anything in shoppe, and the owner Greg took time out of his day to let me know what items are dairy free, as week as their vegan banana muffins! I was so excited we made two trips in one day! The girls behind the counter are always very pleasant and engaging, good coffee, amazing breads, scones and vegan muffin!!! Always a pleasure to support such a great local business!!!!

They know how to bake. The cookies, the 3 o'clock EPI loaf is not only delicious, beautiful. The texture is a wonderful mix of lightness and chewy.

My mother, sister & I had lunch at the Freshwater Grill which is in the same strip mall. I love sweets so suggested that we go in Crooked Tree Breadwork and check it out. Great suggestion!!! I got a mixed berry scone, an apple streusel scone and some shortbread cranberry coconut lime cookies. All were fabulous!!! They had many other wonderful looking pastries and breads. I would definitely recommend stopping here!!

We go here frequently. Our favorites are their mouthwatering 3 o'clock baguette (which rarely makes it home with both ends intact!), sourdough loaf, and ginger crinkle cookies.

I read an article that you "must" stop in for a Parmesan garlic roll as 1 of things to do in area, especially on your way up to the tunnel of trees. The 2 girls at the register acted like I was crazy asking for it. I swear the next lady who came in behind me asked for the exact same thing! So we settled for 2 cookies instead. Paid over $7. They were big and tasted pretty good but there is another place nearby that only sells cookies and it is less expensive and has better fresher cookies. The article also suggested the trail mix but I thought $10 was too much and I was too disappointed about the rolls.

I'm sorry sorry to hear about your experience with our our staff, and I wish you had had the opportunity to try one of our Pepper Parmesan rolls (which do not have garlic in them). As for the cookies, our most expensive cookie is $2.65. Not cheap, for sure, but easily large enough to satisfy 2 people. All of our cookies are made with nothing but Plugra butter (no cheap shortening) and loads of expensive add-ins such as freshly toasted nuts, dried Michigan cherries, locally grown lavender and Belgian chocolate. They are baked fresh daily. We feel that incurring these additional costs produces a much better tasting, better textured cookie than our friends down the street produce.

We stopped here after a morning walk. This place offers a variety of whole bread loafs as well as scones, cookies, muffins and biscotti. We got a scone, muffin and biscotti as well as some coffee. I was very tempted to buy a loaf of bread but I wasn't sure we would finish it before out departure. I regret not getting a loaf or two. Our breakfast was delicious and I also bought some granola to go. We arrived shortly after the shop opened and it was consistently busy the whole time we were there with makes me think it is THE PLACE to get bread in the area. Highly recommend.

This bread is so good I caught my 5 year old stealing a piece of it! The employees are so nice and the pastries.... just everything we have tried was fresh, yummy and a scrumptious addition to any meal or as a bribe for my husband to do chores. As locals we've tried a lot of the different bread around town. We won't buy anywhere else again.
