My family knows everything about bbq. And boy, this place didn't disappoint. Best brisket we ever tasted, not even close to Sweet P's in Knoxville. ...the greens and cornbread were great. Great atmosphere and service.
This place is very nicely decorated (beautiful bathroom door, chandelier and stained glass windows). The staff was also very welcoming and friendly. The food, sadly falls short. The BBQ sauce tastes out of a bottle. The pulled pork pieces were too large and you had...to try to cut it up in a paper bowl. The baked beans very blah. On the plus side the beer was cold and served in a chilled mug and the broccli salad was good in a light dressing.More
We did a takeout for a family style order of brisket and it was outstanding!! The meat was incredibly tender and moist. We had the spoon bread and broccoli as our sides and both were excellent. The only disappointing thing was their BBQ sauce that...came with the brisket. But the brisket doesn't need it.
The workers were really friendly and helped us as this was our first visit. Check this place out - the food is great!More

We are so happy you enjoyed our food and that your order was handled to your satisfaction. Sorry you didn't like our bbq sauce. If you'd like to tell us more about what you didn't like, we'd be interested. Thanks for your business
In spite of the ever popular burger place directly across the street, we decided to try New Buffalo Bill's BBQ. We were warmly greeted by staff as soon as we walked in. They were very helpful in describing their various many offerings. My husband and...I both ordered their brisket sandwich with the BBQ sauce on the side. He had the fries with his order and I tried their collard greens. We were both very happy with our meals! The sandwiches had a huge portion of delicious perfectly done chopped brisket meat on a large good tasting bun. I've only had "greens" once before in my lifetime and I thought New Buffalo Bill's were every bit as good as my first tasting. Hubby thoroughly enjoyed his fries even though they were the frozen variety instead of the fresh hand cut kind.
The place was clean, comfortable and welcoming especially since we were able to sit near their fireplace. Both of the staff people we dealt with were most accommodating and friendly even checking in on us a few times while we dined. That in itself was surprising for a counter self serve restaurant:) We look forward to eating there whenever we travel to the area again!More
We love barbecue and our favorite place is now closed so we came bank to Buffalo Bill's very good brisket, double smoked ham, we didn't like the cowboy beans, we will go back we usually share foods so we get more different foods!
Great spot for quick food dine very well. We love to stop in and take out and have tried many of the meals and loved them all. The pulled pork and briquette are our favorites.... along with the pickles and desserts.
I and my women's ministry team have a retreat in New Buffalo MI every year. We are from Chicago so we know good BBQ when we get it. We were so happy to see it open and we enjoy this place every time we visit....The flavors, the choices and the service. The food is good and the BBQ is authentic. As a matter of fact I am driving to New Buffalo for my birthday in September just so I can go eat at New Buffalo Bills before the Summer is completely over.More
