At Redamaks today. Some food so cold it had to go back for replacement. A burger and bun that fell completely apart. Had to ask twice for silverware. An onion cut so thick it could have been four to six slices. Someone obviously doesn’t want...to be invited back next season.More
We haven't been here for years but recently went and the staff and food are still excellent. I had the 8oz cheeseburger and it was delicious and filling. The fried veggies basket was equally excellent. Their great reputation continues on!
We thoroughly enjoyed our homemade hamburgers which were thick and flavorful. All items on the menu were reasonably priced. I would say my malt was probably just average though. We stopped here on our way back to Indianapolis. We'd been through New Buffalo before and ate at another place so wanted to try Redamak's. We were so glad we did! We had the BEST server we've had for the past 4 days in various...Michigan restaurants and the food was scrumptious. I had requested that the homemade potato chips be "soft fried" and they were cooked absolutely perfectly! That says a lot about thr quality of a restaurant when they can accommodate special requests. There were 4 of us and we all had something different; everything was wonderful! We'll return on our next trip up north!!More
Every year locals from SW Michigan and NW Indiana look forward to the opening of Redamak's The original burger is a must if you like burgers and want to experience a bit of local Summer fun. The line is often long, but worth the wait....A great place for kids.More
Came here yesterday after years away. I don't understand the attention and following this place has. The food is just OK, nothing special. I think Schoop's Hamburger's are much better. It's the same with El Taco Real in Hammond. People love it and I don't...know why.More
We’ve been to New Buffalo many times but this was the first time here. It is a local favorite and a lot of locals go here to eat. Decor is warm and country with wood paneling throughout with sports memorabilia. They are known for their...hamburgers. Hamburgers were good, but they arrived at our table inside simply wrapped in a wrapper, no plate or anything. Weird! I had a side salad and husband had fries which did come in a plastic basket. Waitress was young and lacked personality. Not friendly at all (maybe a bad day?) trust me, we were friendly and didn’t expect too much. Food was good and reasonable. Took off points for waitress and food presentation. We’ll try again next time since food was good.More
Ordered Bison Burger and Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches and fries. Burger was $13. It really was no better than average, slightly overcooked. Fries barely warm. They are crinkle cuts from a bag, nothing special. Very busy, touristy, so if that’s your cop of tea, enjoy! But...we went out of our way a second time, and it will be our last.More
Legendary… I think not! Hamburgers like HOCKEY PUCKS! Tasted as if they were cooked awhile ago. Fried foods ( veggies—curds) pretty good!
Always a great time and the food is amazing! Definitely a family friendly atmosphere. Personally I'd stick with the burger and share an order of fries. It's bigger than it seems. Plenty of parking. They do close for the season in October and reopen in...March.More
One of the original restaurants in town going back over 30 years. It's well managed with friendly staff and plenty of parking. Lots of seating.....but covid limited 100% of the tables for customers. My burger was the classic, fresh and hot. Fries were extra and...you get plenty, enough for two people. I recommend this place for casual meal dining. 🙂👍More

We were surprised and appalled by the poor customer service and substandard quality of food at this establishment. This is our third visit to Redamak’s and previous two visits were satisfactory. This time our order took nearly 45 minutes to be delivered to our table,...and after several requests to our waiter to check on our order we still did not get it. We asked for the manager, who not only wasn’t helpful but she seemed a bit rude and condescending. Her explanation was that the hamburgers are being cooked to order that is why it’s taking so long. When the hamburgers finally arrived they were fairly cold and when we mentioned this to the manager she were absolutely uninterested in hearing about concerns. What was the most surprising is that she did not offer to cover any of the expense of the meal and we had to pay the entire cost of the meal. This is our last time that we visited this establishment and will never return back again. I hope that other customers will note that their service I slipped significantly and will stop going there as well.More
They’re not lying. These burgers are amazing. The wife and I stopped on our trip up from Missouri, and we were not disappointed!! The restraint offers Gluten Free options so that was good for me!! Service was great and very attentive, as well. The presentation...of the restaurant was great and I could see the efforts to sanitize which I really appreciated.More
