Sunday at 5:30. Told… no fish n chips, certain appetizers, chicken, or ribs!!! What is going on here? Terrible! Why open just to disappoint customers. Better management apparently. Stars are for service and cook. The burger and greens were great but not for the price.

The food was good, as well as the service. Will go back again. The prices were a little on the high side.

Started our online order with a requested time of 6:15 but it took so long to place the order that it was pushed back to 6:30. We arrived at 6:17 and they said “Be out shortly. Kitchen is running about 10-15 minutes behind”. Finally received...our food at 6:56pm, almost HALF AN HOUR late! Told the delivery person that we drove an hour to get there and would be eating in the car so we had requested plates, napkins and silverware. We didn‘t receive plates and she said there would be a charge for them. WOW!! Kind of hard to believe that someone drove AN HOUR to get there and paid $37 for dinner for two and you want to charge them for 2 paper plates??!! With inside dining shut down, why aren’t they doing all the can to keep customers happy and coming back?? The requests were printed on my receipt so I know they saw them... They had my email address AND my phone number so there is excuse for not contacting us about the plates. The silverware was UNWRAPPED - not safe to use that during the pandemic!! Nice cobb salad ($12.50) but it had a lot of arugula and some inedible hunks of lettuce core. It was pretty large and one container of apple vinaigrette dressing wasn’t anywhere near enough. Nachos ($9.95) were burned - see photo. We shared the salad and nachos so plates sure would have been nice! Side sampler ($9.50): cup of tortilla soup, cup of BBQ chowder (not hot) and 1/2 (barely warm) beans-1/2 potato salad (odd that they put items which are supposed to be hot and cold in the same cup!). Ordered tortilla soup with no braditos since the menu doesn’t explain what they are... This is our second poor experience at this location. Each time, I contacted them via their website submission form before posting on TripAdvisor, to allow them to respond and make things right. They request that you wait 72 hours for a reply, which I did. Both times, they NEVER BOTHERED TO REPLY - that tells you a lot about how little they care about customers! We won’t be returning any time soon.More

Best BBQ food. The Jalapeño cornbread, Mac & cheese, Brisket Chowder and salt & vinegar fries are some of our favorite sides when we go. Built you own tacos are good too. But you can’t go wrong with any of the meats. I love the...inside vibe. I hate to write something bad about a restaurant that I visit often but the carry out during this pandemic isn’t their strong suit. Expect to have a long wait time and cold food. I had to heat every thing up once I got home. After it was warm it tasted great though. I just can’t wait to be able to dine in at this restaurant again.More

Send a text and got a response to come on and a minute later. The campfire nachos sounded so good, we are back already and it's only been a few days since our first visit to the other location in Shelby Township. Started off with...a campfire nachos with shredded chicken, it's good, but wasn’t as good as the one we had at their Shelby location. Was a bit more sparse. We also ordered the Turkey platter with potato salad, cole slaw, 2 jalapeño cornbread and a BBQ chicken salad, comes with the BBQ ranch dressing. There's a bar for your feet to rest on at the booths. It's cold and drafty by the bar, the front door is nearby and wafts of cold air rushes in here and there. They did take down our name and contact for contact tracing, maybe add the date to it too? The salsa here is a tad bland, reminds me of bruschetta a bit. The chicken salad comes with bacon bits. The salad itself is just okay, not special. The chicken would be better if it was with their BBQ chicken meat instead of the fried chicken used for the kid’s chicken tenders. The Turkey platter was good. The meat wasn’t dry. I would really like to see the pit beans and the collard greens with no meat options. I like collard greens but don’t eat beef and I really like baked beans but I don’t eat pork. The waitress tried to charge me for the collard greens I didn’t ask for at all or rather the cole slaw I had asked as one of my 2 sides and they charged us $0.50 for the awful salsa too. I had to flag her down to take the collard greens off the bill. They also charge you for soda water.More

We shared a full rack of ribs and had leftovers. The ribs were very tasty, although a little fatty. The baked beans, potato salad and cornbread were all good too! I saw a table having the pig candy (sugared bacon) which looked really yummy! If...we were part of a group, I'd definitely give that a try, but there was just the two of us. Their wine and beer selection was pretty basic; we would've liked to have seen some craft beer/IPAs. They're doing a good job of managing the corona virus restrictions. Signs at every stall in the parking lot tell you exactly what to do (see attached photo). We pulled in, followed the instructions and were invited to dine in within minutes. Kudos to Brad's!More

We ordered a half rack of ribs with a salad and Brad's beans. The beans were not to my taste as they were very sweet. The ribs were plentiful and the meat was tender and tasty. The brisket and turkey meats were also done very...well. We had both the sweet and tangy sauces, the tangy sauce has a great kick to it!More

In town for baseball tournament. Saw this restaurant and thought about stopping in for dinner. Then had3 local residents recommend it. Stopped in and had the double smoked chopped brisket, turkey and pulled pork. Great portions on the meats. And great taste as well. The...side dishes were also extremely generous portions and tasty. Highly recommendMore

Wow - SHOCKINGLY BAD!!! Received their email about all they’re supposedly doing to keep us safe during the corona virus update. WHAT A JOKE! We (usually) like Bad Brad’s and drive an hour to eat here, passing a lot of other good restaurants on the...way... 1. Employee “cleaned” the table next to us and the pen fell on the floor. She set it on a chair, then put it directly back on the “clean” table, next to the wrapped silverware and payment clipboard. I pointed it out to our waitress, Madison (the “manager on duty”), who had the employee “re-clean” the table. The employee came back and with a WHOLE LOT OF ATTITUDE, wiped the table again. She put the SAME DIRTY PEN back on the payment board, on the table! The waitress then came over and picked up both of those dirty items. That pen is going to be put in her pocket, then handed to the next unsuspecting guest ... 2. Saw a server touch her face THREE TIMRS, including her NOSE the final time. 3. We were the only customers in our section of the dining room. Instead of observing the recommended “social distancing” practice, the hostess then sat the next two guests IMMEDIATELY NEXT TO US instead of two booths away, where they should have been seated. 4. Watched a server standing at the counter in front of kitchen run his hand over his nose/face THREE TIMES in just a few minutes, then walk around to a different area, touching the counter. I’m feeling ill already... 😱More
