Absolutely the best staff and food

just now We have been counting the days until the pizza ranch opens back up.We usually stop on our way from lansing to the cabin up north.we stopped today now that they are back open.The pizza ,chicken,salad bar Is open once again! They have gone to cafeteria style Service where an employee dishes out the food for you.Your drinks are brought to you as well. The service and food were outstanding. A++++++. It was as good as before this mess if not BETTER ! Paige was out waitress.she was stellar ! Cant wait to return .Thanks to a fantastic and Professional staff.

Family get together

Stop in with family for an annual get together, they put our group of 23 in a back room and customer service was great! Took special order pizza orders, salad and chicken buffet was serving fresh hot food some cool salads. Ice cream machine was exceptional. We will be back! Keep up the great job Pizza Ranch Team!

Love this Buffet

Went with my family first time since it was remodeled. Love what they did to it. Still the same awesome food on the buffet. If your not into pizza they have soups,salad with fried Chicken (awesome) with the fixings. My personal favorite. If you don't see your favorite pizza they will make it for you. Just love this place!

Feeling cheated at Pizza Ranch

Came in for the great chicken they boast about. All the thighs and legs you can eat but don't come in for a chicken breast. None on the buffet. Waited for some to come out of the fryer but they only brought out enough for the three people waiting ahead of me. They should put up a sigh that they are restricting the amount of breasts on the buffet. I could've gone to Lee's and not feel cheated.

Google says this place is open until 9pm. Drive 1/2 hour to get there. Pulled in a little after 8. Signs were posted that they were no longer serving buffet. There were 4 employees standing at the cash register doing absolutely nothing other than chatting with each other. All of the chairs were already on top of the tables. I asked about the buffet. They said "we stop serving after 8pm". I said "We missed it by a couple minutes?". She replied "our clock says 8:06". Only 3 families appeared to be left eating. Really? You didn't want our $50 to help pay all the employees who were standing around and had nothing to do the last hour your doors were open?

HIDDEN GEM FOR PIZZA AND FRIED CHICKEN ON A BUFFET

My Daughter had suggested this place for a Sunday lunch so we went. You can specify if a pizza you want isn't out they will make it and bring a number to the table and serve you slices from your request, then the Fried Chicken was great...… I would come back to eat here again

We have eaten at other locations in the past, but this was our first time at the Muskegon location and it won't be our last. The lunch buffet is great if you like fried chicken and pizza. If you don't see a pizza to your liking, they will make one up. Table service was quick and staff friendly and fun.

This like a pizza place Ci-Ci pizza. It was very good with more selection. I was impressed and variety of pizza. Also, mashed potatoes, chicken and desserts. Very clean and updated as well has Wi-Fi. Very good place to eat.

Avoid confusion.. Not Ranch chicken

Visited today for lunch after seeing commercials on local TV. Satisfying, the pizza was fresh, hot, and tasty. They will cook up any pizza, with toppings made just for you. The fried chicken was hot, with plenty of white meat breast available. TV commercial advertised "famous ranch chicken". I was disappointed when I realized the chicken isnt ranch flavored. Thought it was great idea! Not sure how much they can expand on the dinner menu VS the price increase... pizza is still the main course. It was great lunch for $10

Great Chicken

This is not a fancy eatery. Serving buffet style, a variety of pizzas are available. We ,however, go for the chicken.They serve really tasty fried chicken with all the sides. Again, you serve yourself both at the buffet and for drinks. Easy going and relaxed, this is a down home place at really reasonable prices.

This is a buffet. Their prices seem high for what you get. The little salad bar is nice. They have quite a few different pizzas out at any given time but nothing really unique or imaginative. They said just ask though which is unique, and I guess they can try to make it. What was out though was cold. They have other items that were better than the pizza since it was cold, such as great fried chicken, potatoes, gravy, stuffing, biscuits and gravy and a few other things. The best, other than the great fried chicken was the pizza desert.

This is a pizza buffet chain. There are only a couple in the area. I have never been disappointed here. The pizza is good. Their chicken is the best in the area. They always ask when you come in, if you have any special requests for pizzas and they do their best to bring them out for you. Love this place!

This was our 3rd time here with our extended family. We always enjoy this place. The service is very good and the food is great. Good variety and quality. We highly recommend this place. We plan to go back again soon.

Great pizza buffet...and more!

Our recent visit to Muskegon's Pizza Ranch was very ful-FILLING! They offer a great variety of pizzas and will also 'make to order' special customer requests. [Similar to Cici's.] The bonus is that the buffet also includes great fried chicken, some pasta, soup, salad bar, drinks and dessert bar including a variety of dessert pizzas and soft ice cream. The price is reasonable [$12 adult] with discounts for seniors and coupons to save $2. The dining area is spacious. Special kudos as they offered free dining to veterans/ service personnel on Memorial Day. Very pleasant and attentive staff...great family atmosphere.

Great Christian atmosphere but if your looking for quality products and service keep walking!

Must say the unique salad selections are GREAT. Buffet not always kept clean enough by the ever changing friendly staff. Buffet selection is good including chicken. I mostly grab takeout and dispite the order pick up time given I ALWAYS have to wait an extra 5-20 minutes! Food is just ok. A nice perk on the buffet is they will custom make a pizza for you AND GF crust is available. Pizza Hut Pizzas exceeds in quality and the chicken?? Lees, Popeyes or KFC wins hands downin taste AND value!
