I didn't enjoy it as my food had hair in it and when I told them they just replace it . Great service and the bread was good

I just took the entire family to the Lake House and had a wonderful lunch. You can not beat the view or the lunch buffet deal for $9.99! They always have gourmet pasta, pizza, salad, soups, and wraps that are outstanding.
This is one of our favorite restaurants when we visit Muskegon! The food is always excellent and the service is fantastic. A must try if in the area!
We didnt otherwise have Thanksgiving meal plans. They had a reservation available at 330p and sat us promptly. The last seating was at 4 and I was told the last seating would have 1hr to eat. The buffet choices weren't as many as I've had at other Thanksgiving Buffets. And.... THEY RAN OUT OF PUMPKIN PIE. who doesn't have enough... More
Ordered a Ceaser salad with Calamari mixed in with the salad. What I got was romane lettuce leaves over filled with ceaser dressing and a small bowl of undercooked Calamari. Waitperson could have informed me that my exact choice was no longer available but said nothing. I have been a diner at Lakehouse in the past but this is and... More
Hello Stevie! Thank you for taking time to provide us with valuable feedback in regards to your experience at The Lake House. I am sorry that our caesar salad fell short of your expectations. Please know that our chefs recently changed the presentation of the caesar salad to a wedge version. It includes baby romaine, heirloom grape tomatoes, croutons, parmesan... More
My husband and I went here for dessert since we already had dinner elsewhere. The staff was very friendly. The dessert was good and the drinks for my husband were good too. Their food looked tasty from seeing other peoples plates. We will be back here for food next time. We visited in October but this looks like a fun... More
We have an amazing pastry chef, so I am happy to hear you liked our desserts. We would love to have you back for dinner soon! More
My husband I ate here and I ordered the Sea Bass sandwich. It was awesome! I loved the jalapeño cheddar bun and mango and watermelon slaw. The fish was blackened and delicious! My husband has the ribeye and he said it was the best steak he ever had! Loved the service and atmosphere. We had an amazing whiskey drink out... More
I was traveling for business, and stopped at this restaurant for dinner. I enjoy a good meal, and do not mind paying more for the experience. In this case I feel that I did not get my money’s worth. The fish sandwich I ordered was overcooked, with a stale soggy bun, and the tomato on it was cut so thick... More
Unforgettable meal. Weeks later, we're still talking about it. Stopped here during a month-long trip around the lakes of Michigan. So glad we did. The ribeye and filet mignon were the best we've ever had. Very popular with locals - it's a small place, so reservations are a good idea, even midweek.
We came here in April cold and rainy. Today cold but sunny. So worth the stop. We enjoyed mulligatawny soup served in a cast iron bowl. The name Mulligatawny means 'pepper water', and curry is the particular ingredient that gives this incredible soup such a delicious flavor...and it did. We split the bbq pulled pork sandwich with sweet potatoe fries.... More
