We wanted a fishdish after some days in Germany and found
this inviting restaurant just inside the townwall.
We saw "pave de Truite" on the meny and ordered.
All was perfect , the fish , the service and the atmosphere.
Nice setting in a square by one of the wall gates to Turckheim.. Charming restaurant full of character, nice ambiance.
The food was good. Honest local food with a nice local wine. Our waitress was very nice and friendly.

We had a great dinner here. Very friendly staff, homely decorations and really good value for money! Our hotel was in Turckheim, so it was really nice to have such a nice restaurant within walking distance. Would return & recommend!
Popular, so necessary to book, at least a few hours ahead, otherwise get there early. Very limited choice of traditional Alsatian food. Choucroute good. Mixture of wild mushrooms in a pastry case with spaetzle was fantastic!
