Stopped for Brunch for 6 people, food was delicious, needed to separate bills, service staff great .It is a old colonial building ,which causes you to look at the high ceilings often, bathroom adequate . It serves up Nica and American food , at a...great value for a Tourist city.More

Unlimited coffee is nice if the coffee was any good I would maybe go back. All the basic Nicaraguan dishes are overpriced compared to other places and not better.

Pancakes and waffles for dinner, why not? Good food and convenient opening hours on a central location in León

I was early morning to eat my breakfast, the coffee was very fresh and the panckes with fruit were delicious. The place is very calm and service is very fast.

One of the best in Leon for any meal without a doubt. Ate there twice and was more than satisfied on both occasions. I particularly liked the chicken tacos that I had for lunch on my first visit. Also the place itself & the people...working there, (possibly the owners?) are very friendly, smiling & genuinely welcoming. Only a few blocks from the parque central with a lovely old building on a corner so very convenient regardless of where you are staying. Note they close at 8pm so get there early(ish) if you want dinner. It’s hard to keep a business going in Leon right now so I wish them well.More

Wow, El Desayunazo was an amazing restaurant!!! We had dinner there and loved it so much we had to come back for breakfast (even though our hostel had a free breakfast). On our first night for dinner, we both had the jalapeno steak dish, which...was jam packed full of flavor! It was so tasty that my friend craved it our entire trip in Nicaragua. The meal was huge with lots of steak, plus sides. They also had a huge assortment of alcoholic beverages, as we had quite a few different drinks including wine, the Nicaraguan Macua, mojito, and a pina colada. One thing I liked about the menu is that there was quite a variety of dishes, but lots of it had an authentic Nicaraguan flair. However, if you want a western classic meal, the menu is diverse enough to get something familiar. We stayed for quite a few hours and chatted with the owner and staff. They are amazing people who make you feel right at home. We actually ended up coming back the next morning for breakfast. We went for comfort food - blueberry pancakes and an omelette. The food was delicious once again, and the service impeccable! I would highly recommend El Desayunazo when in Leon!More

We have eaten both dinner as well as breakfast at this lovely little find in Leon! My friend and I were traveling and both ate a delicious beef dish of steak, jalepeño and onion (traditional Nicaraguan style) for dinner. We enjoyed it so much we...went back for brekkie the next day- she had the most delicious blueberry pancakes ever, and I had a more savoury veggie and cheese omelet breakfast myself, which was also amazing. Massive portions, great bang for your buck. The family who owns this restaurant are fantastic hosts, and the space is bright and inviting to dine in! Great prices, convenient location along the main drag of hostel row in town. I can't wait to come back again to visit!!!!More

We tryied the Buttered fish and the big Omelette and they were so good! The prices are cheap and with good quality and cleaness. The restaurant is a little far from the city centre. The staff was really friendly and gentle, I suggest to all the...people that like good and cheap food!More
