The place is too dark and badly needs a renovation as the interiors look rundown and tired. The food is okay. Nothing extra special with the menu. The wait staff was efficient and friendly. The location is also good since it is right smack in the heart of the city.

I enjoyed my lunch with friends at Cafe Leona. Service wasn't perfect as one of the four meals came very late, but overall the food was great and reasonablely priced. The Cafe has a mix of Philippine and Italian food. Atmosphere is good and except for the late dish, service was good.

One of a must try is Cafe Leona, not only its historical but also the food is good. They offer local foods like bagnet, longanisa, Italian foods and Japanese foods. They also have wines, cocktails, beers. The servers were very friendly and really helpful with the menu. I really appreciate the ambiance of the restaurant for they preserved the house.

Dine here today and i dont like the ambiance. From the moment i stepped into the place, it was kinda weird and smells bad. So we entered to another room which has a not so good smell as well. Maybe its not the best day to dine. Food was ok.

Cafe Leona was our last stop before going back to Manila. I suggested to have our dinner here because the last time I was here I was not able to appreciate the food because I was sick. Unfortunately, they ruin our trip. They lost my dad's credit card. They only gave us the receipt for signature and when we look... More

Quick service but our food came out cold, bland and raw. I felt really embarrassed that I recommended my family and friends to have our dinner here because the reviews are so convincing. Expensive, small portions and doesn't feel authentic at all.

We visited Vigan and was on the lookout for a nice restaurant that offers signature Ilocano cuisine. Trip advisor brought us Cafe Leona. Vigan Longganisa - 4/5 - Easily, no doubt. Probably Higher Morcon? - 4.5/5 - Best! Ambience is 3.5/5 - comfortable Service is 3/5 - how could they serve Longganisa and forget about the vinegar? Waiting time is... More

I ate here with my whole family. Expensive food and not really good. Lots of mosquitoes under the tables.

Went in the early evening. the restaurant is at the end of Calle Crisologo, just where the street ends and the Plaza begins. Packed, but they found us a table. There may be some outside seating; we preferred inside but with a view of the street. The restaurant has some character; nicely aged wood furniture as well as the entire... More
