Quick service but our food came out cold, bland and raw. I felt really embarrassed that I recommended my family and friends to have our dinner here because the reviews are so convincing. Expensive, small portions and doesn't feel authentic at all.

We visited Vigan and was on the lookout for a nice restaurant that offers signature Ilocano cuisine. Trip advisor brought us Cafe Leona. Vigan Longganisa - 4/5 - Easily, no doubt. Probably Higher Morcon? - 4.5/5 - Best! Ambience is 3.5/5 - comfortable Service is 3/5 - how could they serve Longganisa and forget about the vinegar? Waiting time is... More

I ate here with my whole family. Expensive food and not really good. Lots of mosquitoes under the tables.

Went in the early evening. the restaurant is at the end of Calle Crisologo, just where the street ends and the Plaza begins. Packed, but they found us a table. There may be some outside seating; we preferred inside but with a view of the street. The restaurant has some character; nicely aged wood furniture as well as the entire... More

Ordered the bagnet pizza worth 390 at 8 slices. Was definitely different and was worth it. Prices are good and food selection was diverse.

Was happily surprised to find a few items in the menu marked as vegan. Travelling the Philippines and eating at non veg. restaurants this is unheard of! Chose mushroom teriyaki and it was really good. My company was happy with their non veg. choices too, especially the sea food hot pot.

Native Ilocano dishes are available almost everywhere but Cafe Leona gives you a total Vigan experience. The restaurant is endowed with a simple yet classy design. The food has a wide variety from Japanese, Korean, and local dishes. Surely, you are in for a treat! Not to mention that courses are fairly priced for a seemingly casual dining restaurant. Of... I really wish I could've eaten more, but when we paid Cafe Leona a visit, we had to wait to be seated for an hour and by that time, sadly, my appetite has waned. However, we did get to sample some of their food, which you can read about on our #EatsOA blog, but still, I really wish I had... More

My long time friends (husband and wife) now living and practicing in Vigan obliged for a late dinner on our way back to Manila. Cafe leona right at the Plaza end of called crisologo was full packed when we arrived with tables added to the streets! No doubt the food should be great. They serve fusion of international cuisine.
