The Glass House was easily the most enjoyable dining experience we had in Graskop. We tried a handful of the appetizers which were enjoyable. The steaks were cooked to perfection. The curries were also quite delicious. I even tried some of the lasagna and was...More

A local recommended us this restaurant, which we loved. We had soup, lamb vindaloo (great!) and bobootie. As it was a cold night, the warm seasoned food was pretty comforting. We had great food experiences in SA, visiting simple and fancy restaurants, and Abe' at...More

Had our lunch there. Had their beef stew, lasagne and pasta. Delicious and big portion. The owner is also very welcoming and wished us a wonderful trip ahead.

We went there with the family and the food and service were just great. Would recommend to reserve because on both nights we went the place was fully booked.

Abe serves you and visits each table. His meticulous care of his customers is amply demonstrated interpersonally and his cuisine. The selection of wines is sufficient and the atmosphere is both warming and thoroughly South African.

Thanks Abe for the great dinner we had at your restaurant. The filet steak was so delicious. You can find a various range of african food, steaks and meat dishes on the menu. We can highly recommend to make a reservation there.

Two evenings of excellent food, eaten in one of the most friendly restaurants I have been to. With visitors from all nationalities being well looked after by 'mine host' and his family

The food is delicious and the portions hearty. We both had the spaghetti bolognese; the wife's vegetarian, mine beef. The restaurant was quite busy and there was only one waitress in addition to the owner running around, which resulted in some delays.

He opens for lunch and the again early evening. Graskop is very quiet at night so he generally closes quite early.

This restaurant is very popular amongst tourist and locals so Jip do not take to long to pop-in for your supper.
