Overall we enjoyed Rivers' Edge.
What certainly stood out on a busy Saturday evening was that it was very loud inside (due to open ceiling architecture). It did make it difficult to have a conversation even at the bar, but the interior otherwise was very welcoming. There is a nice sized patio, but it was still a bit chilly for folks to be using when we were there.
Overall, the beer was good. We liked that there were some ciders available as well. One or two of the beers I thought stood out from the rest. The menu was also very unique; case in point, we had Schwarma Nachos, which was an incredibly unique dish....and it was pulled off nicely! While the pita chips, feta and schwarma chicken seemed different, that dish was definitely pulled off and was very tasty!
The staff was friendly, but actually relatively inattentive to those at the bar (we sat for a while with empty glasses once, and took a while to take our food order).
Overall, not a bad place, and I'd return if in the area.

Stumbled upon this brewery by accident and it’s in such a beautiful location. So we had to of course stop in a check it out! Good service, lots of seating and the Dirty Frank Stout was delicious!

Enjoyed beer and pretzels for a snack with friends. Great for sharing. Staff friendly, beer and food good. Likely to go back if in the area again.

You want to make a stop here. They have a lovely selection of appetizers and shareables. So nice not to see the same things everyone else features. My beer was delicious- the Rivage Blanc. Our Summer sausage paddle was yummy. Any chance we could get whole wheat crackers? Enjoy the cozy spot by the fireside or a hightop along with a boardgame!

Stopped at River's Edge on the way home from a day at Michigan Renaissance Festival. Our young kids like the hot German pretzels and brats, so we take them there often on the weekend. We go to a LOT of brew pubs, and this ranks in our top 3. They had a few new beers, which were excellent. Their stand-by beers are always among my favorites. We had a brat plate, a grilled cheese & bacon sandwich, and their great Rueben sandwich. They get their brats locally and I think some are made just for them. The nachos are also good (we had them before). No burgers or pizza, but there are enough hot pub fare dishes to give a good variety. Friendly staff who have been there forever. Of course we will go back soon!

They definitely need better food here. Sandwiches are good, but need better lighter selections. Beer is good and fun and affordable, but not enough of a lighter selection.

Was a very nice atmosphere with quite a variety of local brews and flavors. Limited menu but the food looked good. Many little comfortable couches and sitting areas to lounge. Bar top was very comfortable with tv for the big games.

I've stopped at this Brewery on a couple of occasions. They have a small, but tasty, beer selection. They also offer a nice selection of food options, including vegetarian. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable with a nice fire going in the colder months. And the food and the beer are both worth the visit.

We stopped in for a beer during our walk about town. The bartender was chatty. And told us the history. Having grown up in Milford it was awesome to know the back story.

We tried Ryan's special sandwich (delish!), the reuben, and the desperado wrap. All very good. Funky decor but cool. Will go back to try more things.

Rivers edge is our favorite brewery we have ever been to. We go almost weekly, we have converted all of our friends into regulars at rivers edge. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly the beer is delicious, they have ciders and wines for non beer drinkers. They have snacks and a limited food menu that I have yet to find something I don’t like on! If you are in the area you should stop by and try it you won’t regret it!

We went there for their advertised Taco Tuesday. We had Nachos and the soft tacos. Some of the worst we've ever had. Taco had very little toppings and the wrap was cold and paper thin. We left without finishing it. Menu is mainly sandwiches. We have tried this place a few times. Will stick to going there for a beer only. Nice wait staff

Stopped in to pick up some items for silent auction we were having and had to try their pork tacos, they were fantastic. What a great place with awesome food into awesome atmosphere the bartenders were very knowledgeable about the craft that they sold and recommended the perfect beer for me. We will definitely be back whenever we are in the area.
