A little on the pricy side but we'll worth it with the quality and taste! I would take my friends there to impress them!

My coworkers and I had time for lunch before an afternoon meeting in downtown Midland and were delighted to find Cafe Zinc. I had the Sambhar curry vegetable dahl. The vegetables were a little spicier than I would have made for myself, but it was delicious, the warm naan provided the counterpoint my mouth needed, and the lentils were very... More

The atmosphere was good. Both the food and service were excellent! I had the Reuben and it was the best I have had in a long time. I had French fries with the sandwich and they were excellent. Nice and crisp but not burned and not greasy.

Never disappointed, but menu needs a refresh. Reasonably priced for the high quality food. Service can be slow at busy times

The food here is excellent, the menu has been different each time we have visited, but it has never dissapointed. The crab cake is probably the best we have had at any place not next to the sea. I also had the peppered strip steak, which was an excellent cut of meat, very tender, but the black pepper crust did... More

Have been coming to Cafe Zinc since they opened and have generally had a good experience. Their recent price increases are too much for a restaurant in Midland. Examples include $36 for a pretty standard steak dish, $24 for pasta with meat sauce, and $36 for a salmon filet. Service was good, as expected, but meal price leaves a lot... More

Tried Cafe Zinc for the first time today. Four of us arrived for a late lunch, early dinner, and I'm so glad we came. The service was warm and welcoming, and we had a very short wait for our food. All four entrees were excellent and generously sized, and the setting is chic but comfortable. The corn and poblano quiche... More
