Seemingly authentic Cajun food. All food is very good quality. I've eaten here about 5 times with usually large groups of 8 or more.

I was very pleased with the menu, the jambalaya was solid, and the gator tail was tasty (but skimpy!) they have local, Michigan (Bells), and Louisiana beers (Abita). I loved the cajun catfish. the voodoo sauce is pretty spicy, so its good on the side. even the jalapeno slaw had a kick to it! We were there on a Wednesday... More

Maybe we are just lucky, but the staff have been part of the fun. We do tend to avoid when they have a musical guest due to the noise. As... More

I spent 2 days in Marquette but was lucky to visit this restaurant with "egsotic" food which has its roots from Louisiana in USA. Scrimps on meny ways. I eat it as a kind of risotto and it was very good.

My wife and I opted for a couple of Cajun staples: Red Beans and Rice (nicely spiced) and Shrimp and Grits (rich and hearty). Service was attentive and polite. But don't be surprised if it's crowded.... More

We drive from Escanaba to Marquette regularly to go Lagniappe. All of the food is Excellent! Crawfish Nachos are our favorite start. Shrimp & Tasso Bowtie is my favorite meal with my guys loving all of the Po Boys. The Gumbo and Bisque are to die for and can't be passed up. By the time you leave there you are... More

This place is a must. Very authentic, decent prices, and you get a ton of food. If your trying to eat lightly, split something. Absolutely delicious.

I love the jambalaya. The fried green tomatoes and blackened or fried catfish were also delicious!! Different type of place for the UP of Michigan!!
