Homemade gnudi was incredible. When I asked for a beer list the server said he gave us one but we looked all over the table in front of him and it wasn’t there and we still didn’t receive one. Otherwise service was good. Setting is...cool and I’d go back for that gnudi alone every time. I just kept remarking how delicious it was.More

Everything was so delicious! Calamari, Brussels sprouts, goat cheese and honey (my fave) sandwiches and soups were outstanding! Loved our server, Andrew! Great atmosphere! A must if you are in Marquette!

The fried brussel sprouts were worth every penny. Delicious! I had the Giovanni sandwich and it was wonderful. The sandwich was so thick I found myself using a knife and fork. The grilled chicken in it was perfect and the goat cheese added to it....The lettuce was very fresh. My husband (the vegetarian) had choices and chose the banh mi sandwich. They were out of the usual vegetable, but told him and substituted something acceptable. We would go back in a heartbeat! Good service, great atmosphere as well as good food.More

The service was very good and the meals delivered to the table were all excellent (Salmon salad, Mussels with squid pasta, Halibut and Filet mignon). Prices weren't cheap, but nothing is anymore. Unlike Iron Bay which hidden charges . . . the bill from Delft...was very straight forward and no extra charges for staff gratuity or use of credit card . . . all of which as standard operating expenses and shouldn't be added to already expensive bill. We will definitely return to Delft Bistro.More

Had dinner outside because we had our dog with us. Even though the inside was busy and we were the only ones outside, service was prompt, attentive, and very friendly. We had the filet mignon and the braised duck leg - both were delicious. The...filet was cooked exactly as ordered and served with a delicious horseradish sauce with broccolini and crispy fingerling potatoes - honestly almost licked the plate clean it was so good! Th duck was tender with incredible flavors - very unique and stand out. We would definitely recommend this for anyone stopping in Marquette! Thanks for the wonderful service.More

Two families went for dinner service during weekenight in early August. We were seated slightly after our reservation time, which was acceptable given a busy night. Server was ok, though obvious she did not have much training around families/kids. Menu has many nice options, though...had 'run out' of a couple items we would liked to have tried. Main issue was there were numerous parties seated well after we had placed our main course order that received their food before us. We were a party of 8, some of these were parties of 5. I'd check out other options in the area before returning.More

We were welcomed with great service and accommodation on the patio for our dog. Beverage and food choices were fun. Food was excellent. Took a bit to long to get it however. Staff was very attentive. Would return.

Our family of 6 visited Delft Bistro in Marquette, MI on July 2, 2022 for dinner. Even though we didn't have a reseravtion and the place was packed we got seated on the second floor after a very short wait. The food was delicious and...service was efficient, friendly, and attentive. Cheese curds appetizer was so good that we ordered one more. Burrata was worth doing the same, but we had to save the room for entrees :) And entrees were very good! The restaurant is located in a historic building of a former theater and has a nice interior. Appetizers: Cheese curds - can't stop on these! Burrata - absolutely delicious taste created by nicely chosen set of ingredients Portabella Salad - very good Mains - all great! : Caprese Melt Duck Steak Frites Pesto Pappardelle Pesto Pappardelle with Salmon There were a couple of things that could be improved: Brussels Sprouts side was somewhat over-fried Duck entree could have a bit more duck. 4 out 5-6 pieces of duck it had had a very tough not chewable part on one side. It's understood it could be such a part of duck :) but then add few more pieces... Portabella Salad - I don't see how bacon fits into this otherwise great salad. It's not in any other salads on the menu and it seems the way to do it :) We highly recommend this restaurant if you are in Marquette! It's certainly worth going!More

Husband said it was the best meal he’s ever had. Wait staff was very attentive even though we were there close to closing and on a holiday weekend.

This restaurant has a number of attributes going for it that allowed it to rise to the top of my list of Marquette places to eat for our anniversary: a menu with variety enough to allow for a myriad of choices, casual ambiance, good prices,...and the awesome assistance of Michael (Asst. Mgr) & Kelsey (Mgr.) who arranged a perfect table along with a special dessert. The final piece of the puzzle was our waiter (Clay), who was friendly and attentive. This is not a fancy, Michelin starred restaurant, but all in all, a great spot for an anniversary dinner.More

Dog friendly without restrictions. Local craft beers and pet friendly, all musts for me! This place offered a decent selection of local craft beers. The bulk of the craft beers are from Michigan. The lunch menu offered a variety of eats and appetizers. So, if...you have a dog in tow this is the place for you!More

As they were out of a few things midweek, we went with the recommendation of our server (Clayton- an interesting fellow) and tried the scallops, which he said were his favorite- not at all what were were planning for, but both with pasta and quite...good- interesting scene/ambiance- likely even better on a busy weekendMore

A very unique building, great atmosphere. We had lunch and the food was fantastic! Would definitely recommend for vegetarians, as there are lots of options, which we can’t always find. Friendly staff, clean. We would return if in the area again. Highly recommend!
