Very nice little strip of stores, we shopped on this street for awhile. Then came across this pub…The waitress was very nice and my food was ok. I had the Rueben on flatbread and it could have used way more meat… my wife had the...Cubano and hated it…it had far too much horseradish..which is odd for a Cubano. Great service not so great food. I will say the drink I had was great, I think it was the Manistee sunrise…..More

Pretty good value for the food and drink you get. We ate at the bar, great conversation with the staff and other patrons. The food was good - need to try more items but for now the food was good not great. (Fettuccine Alfredo)

We decided to try something new and eat lunch at TJ's Pub downtown. This came highly recommended, so we had to check it out and so glad we did. This by far was one of the best meals I've had for lunch at a "pub"....Our server was excellent and moved us away from the front door and into the back away from the cold air. She told us about their menu and it was very hard to decide, so the four of us decided to order and share since this was our first visit. Our meals included the homemade meatballs in homemade marinara, the "reuben" with homemade thousand island dressing and the prime rib flatbread with homemade horsy sauce. I love all the homemade ingredients and the food came out super fast and pipping hot! It was all excellent. Other than this place has limited seating, it had a great atmosphere with a fireplace. The drinks looked fabulous as well.More

Lively and cozy restaurant and bar visited by locals and tourists alike. We stayed in the hotel upstairs and started at the bar for happy hour, but chose to stay for dinner due to the quality of food and menu variety. The duck wontons were...very tasty and the Mediterranean bowl and the orchard salad were made with really fresh ingredients and delicious as well. Service was quick and friendly.More

We arrived and we’re told a 40 min wait and gave my text #. Did not have any local cups to get a drink and walk around so we walked 10 min down street to another place for a drink. Then they texted and said...table was ready for 8. I knew I couldn’t text back so called TJ’s. Said we’d just ordered a drink elsewhere while waiting and we’d be there in 10 min. We did so then table was gone. Had to wait another 10-20 min. Hostess was very rude. We went elsewhere. Never go back.More

Cute & cozy atmosphere. Drove to Manistee for a beer @ the brewery & dinner at TJ’s Pub. Reasonably priced drinks & food. I had the prime rib flatbread-Fabulous! Not sure I’ll be back in town… quite barren, but it’s supposed to pick up around...July4. In fairness is was after 5pm.More

Returned to TJ pub for a second meal during a two day visit during New Year weekend. Got seat fairly quickly. Small, quaint setting with fireplace, bar, and TV's tuned into sports. Found it to be a loud gathering spot. Menu included appetizers, sandwiches, flatbread,...and some entrees including meats and seafoods. Mixed drinks with good selection. Offers seating at about a dozen sit down tables, several pub tables, and at bar. There are steps to get into pub and quite crowded inside, so I wouldn't recommend for disabled diners.More

Visiting in November, this was a great stop since it was a Sunday off season. Our waitress was very friendly, very fast, and wonderful. The food options all sounded so delicious, it was hard to choose! Since the place is so small, I can't imagine...how swamped it would be in the summer. Definitely would return!More

We were in a Manistee facility for an appointment on Tuesday. When we asked a couple of ladies there for any suggestions on a local eatery for lunch. We were told we should try TJ’s. We googled them and headed that way. Right after we...arrived, we were greeted by one of the servers who was very kind and informative on all questions that we asked. We tried a couple of appetizers, a beautiful shared salad and my friend had a Margarita. We were very pleased with everything that we ordered. We both were treated so kindly that we will be back! We will hopefully be able to find a nice Motel that is fairly close to this Restaurant! Thanks TJ’S for a fun and memorable visit! We will be back!More

We purchased a summer home in Manistee and we have been spending a lot of time here and have spent over a thousand in this restaurant. Was great a couple years ago but now the management is terrible! Super stupid decisions to make a buck...and have witnessed people leaving as a result. Letting kids sit at bar to make a buck is unbelievable and that was my last straw. This decision maker should be removed and replaced with someone more capable. Hate to see a great local place suffer from a bad manager.More

Unsure. The food was too good for me to worry about wifi! BTW, this year;s trip through Manistee found an amazing Saturday night prime rib special at TJs. The best!
