Since we are on lock down - only take out available which is too bad. The restaurant has a really nice feel and cozy atmosphere. We ordered take out and it was really good- had the pizza and TJ Salad. The pizza was perfect -...not too much cheese and the right amount of toppings. The salad was fresh and had lots of extra veggies like tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, carrots and mixed greens. Looking forward to going back to sit down to have dinner.More

We stopped here for a late lunch on our way to Traverse City. The food was delicious and our server (who was also the bartender and waited on all of the tables) was friendly and on point. Will definitely make a return visit!

We had dinner on a week night, and the food was wonderful! Service was excellent as well. We loved the originality of the menu. We look for more unusual foods and this place did not disappoint!

My husband and I stopped in for dinner and had a terrific experience! We were seated right away and the staff was very friendly. The Whitefish spread appetizer was amazing, as was all the food that we ordered. The beer selection was great and the...beer was nice and cold. The staff worked so well together, very efficient and attentive. Our experience was beyond satisfactory and we will recommend TJ's to anyone going to Manistee! Thanks for a wonderful time.More

This quaint pub/restaurant was on the garden level of an historic building. Had the feel and warmth of an Irish pub - including a working fireplace on a chilly night. Our server was personable and friendly, helping us select our preferred specialty beers. I ordered...a beef bowl that was a healthy version of comfort food...red mashed potatoes with a good chunk of delicious roast beef and spiralized carrots garnishing the bowl. It included juice from the beef surrounding the potatoes. It was delicious! My husband ordered a turkey Reuben sandwich which was loaded with turkey and encased in marbelized rye bread that looked homemade. The sandwich came with homemade chips. They weren’t greasy and not too salty...very good! We will definitely return when in the area!More

My wife and I stopped by for the first time and had lunch on a Friday. Loved the service, atmosphere and the whitefish dip and Cuban. Good drat selection also. Came back on the following Sunday at noon - still the great atmosphere but the...service and food were the complete opposite?? "hasty and got other things to do" on the service... and the food was so bland and boring - I'm going to cut some slack and suggest that maybe the chef was on break or maybe sick for the day... the nachos were really terrible - never had worse - a plate with a dozen chips drizzled with over melted cheese (like when you do it too long in the microwave) with some thickly cut (not shredded) lettuce on top, black olives and side of salsa. That was it! I wanted to say something but was at a loss for words. I developed a better argument in the car on the way home. Again, we'll probably try again once I get over it because we really do like the atmosphere.More

Great little place to relax for great pub food and a beverage. Really cool “downstairs” pub atmosphere, great menu, and great beer selections. We had soup and an order of tomales.... EXCELLENT!

Unsure. The food was too good for me to worry about wifi! BTW, this year;s trip through Manistee found an amazing Saturday night prime rib special at TJs. The best!
