Spicy noodles made from handpulled noodles. Standard fare is the Taiwanese beef boodles if you cannot take the spicy ones. Generous portions.

This is in a far corner of a strip mall. Its rather hard to find unless you are looking for it. The place is very bright and airy and nice and clean. The menu is very unique consisting of noodle and rice dishes, soup with...noodles and different meat dishes. There are also specials listed on a board. The one dish we really enjoyed was the Cumin Lamb. It was heavily spiced with cumin and had a nice bite to it. We also ordered a bbq pork dish with a blackbean sauce that came with soybean wrappers. The wrapper was a little square of soybean skin where you took a scoop of the pork and put it in this tiny little package to eat it. The cuisine is not your typical chinese cuisine of sweet sour chicken etc..... I believe maybe the dishes are from the region of chaosan or teochew but I could be wrong. I was very impressed by the food. If you are interested in experiencing regional chinese cooking this is the place to go.More

Very friendly and prompt service. I had soup with roast duck and the waitress recommended the house made noodles. The broth was delicate and flavorful, but still let the wonderful roast duck shine through. And the noodles were so fresh! I’m already planning on trying...the seafood soup the next opportunity I get to treat myself!More

Ordered the egg drop seaweed soup, the chicken and squid stick, hot and sour cucumber stick and pad Thai with tofu medium spice. I asked for steamed tofu but the waitress said they don’t usually add tofu in their pad Thai. I showed her a...picture of tofu in the red curry vermicelli noodle soup and asked her to put that into my tofu and she said okay. The hot and sour cucumber is super crunchy and refreshingly good. I like the vinegar and maybe sesame oil with the sesame seed pairing. My hubby liked his chicken stick, said it reminded him of Cajun seasoning. The squid stick wasn’t bad, a bit more rubbery than I would have liked though. The egg drop seaweed soup is decently spicy and has a ton is eggs in it, it’s much larger than I was expecting, about 3 times bigger. It came in an entree bowl. Tastes good despite its larger than life size. The pad Thai is good as well, really enjoyed the red, green peppers and Red onion on top of the usual bean sprouts, eggs and green onions. The taste is slightly similar to Thai pad Thai but is more red and tastes different for sure. Still it’s good even if it doesn’t taste like typical Thai pad Thai. Service is good, quick output of food. Food is tasty.More
