Interesting little shop located just outside of the main tourist area by a couple of blocks. They have a good selection of candies, some gifts and trinkets too. We were there in October, so late in the season, and didn't see them making the fudge. WE purchased the Moose attack fudge and it has a very good flavor, though I'd like a little more chocolate in it. It wasn't "just made" fresh and was a little hard, but tasted very good. I've always been a fan of Murdicks fudge, but this is pretty close.

I had ice cream here, as well as my husband. I had deep fried cherry pie in a waffle cone. My husband had blueberry waffle cone in a waffle cone. Both were delicious. Service is spot on. You could get a free sample, but we chose not to, and went all in. It was $4 for a small waffle cone.

Run first chance and get some fresh candy from this store. Amazing cashew clusters, simple the best I’ve ever had. Good selection of glass bottled sodas and other candy and snacks. Make this a first stop on your trip.

Stopped int in to buy some fudge, ended up with two caramels apples. They were so good, we came back on our last day of the trip to take another one home.

It was almost impossible to stop picking flavors, there were soooooo many to choose! They run a 'buy 2 get 2 free' so the cost is reasonable for very good fudge.

Great gifts of chocolate, and other cool tourist gifts. Downtown is a fun visit especially if the weather is crappy.

Delicious and well priced , the buy 2 get 2 is the way to go. ! Staff friendly , knowledgeable . Very clean store , definitely need to stop here !

We went to all the fudge shops they all seamed the same so when my wife asked me which one do I want i picked the only one I saw had a bathroom i could use the fudge w e bought was great the taffy i wanted was great and it seemed they was more flavors i picked the right place

The fudge was tasty we brought some home, the employees were very helpful and explained the different flavors and offered tastes of any you wanted. The ice cream was delish and very generous portions

There’s like 30+ flavors of fudge along with popcorn, taffy, gum, ice cream and more. We stopped on our way out of town, after they first opened. No crowds like in the afternoon/evening. Buy 2 slices of fudge get 2 free for $18.98. The slices are large and I brought some back as a gift for our pet sitter. Didn’t even go in to the 17 shops on Mackinac Island as they were overly sweet smelling and not in an enjoyable manner. Grabbed the business card in case I want to mail order more as gifts.

The best place to buy your fudge, salt water taffy and caramel corn. They have the best buys in Mackinaw City, great deals, and the best tasting. And let me mention the young girls working in the shop, Holly Griffis and Hannan Clifton (hope I spelled those right and sorry girls if I miss spelled your names) were the best. Both girls gave us top notch service. They know their stuff. Answered all our question we had and gave us all the time we needed to make up our mind on things. Very Very Very Best. Thanks girls you made our day !!! We bought fudged, taffy and caramel corn to take home for many of our friends that also love this shop.

They offer like 60 some flavors but the more flavoring, the less realness to the fudge. The consistency is different and almost more gelatinous than the original. If you want the best, go with the pure chocolate from Murdicks.

We were wandering the closed up winter time downtime of Mackinaw City when we saw the open sign was on for Mackinac Island Fudge Co. and decided to stop and we were glad we did. We got some fudge to take home and it is excellent and I got some of there ice cream and it was great. The only down side of stopping was we felt very bad for the young lady working there as it was a very cold day outside and apparently they don’t like to have the heat up to keep things fresh and she was trying very hard to be helpful while trying to keep warm and she was very helpful considering the working conditions. Thanks to her.
