Stopped here for something to eat on a too-busy day. It was very crowded. Pastries were sticky and delicious, but in tourist season this is not a good place to relax with a goodie and a cup of coffee.

We had the big donut and it was really good. My experience when I have foods larger than normal it tastes different but they do a really good job here with their baking skills. I also had a custard filled long john. That was really good too. I'd go back. Be prepared to wait 10 minutes or so in line.... More

We stopped in for an afternoon snack and are glad we did. The doughnuts are huge and flavorful, and the cookies are great. We will definitely return to try more of the incredible variety, plus the wide range of coffee and tea.

Stopped in the afternoon for a treat, but wished we had picked somewhere else. Long johns and coffee were okay, nothing special. My husband's pastry was so dry he couldn't eat it. Counter service was very friendly. Prices are fair for a tourist town.

We always make sure we stop here when we are in town. Every donut we have has been great. I don't eat many donuts, but I make a exception for theirs. Enjoy!

Had a 'girls tea' breakfast with granddaughter, sister n law and her granddaughters. Fun time. Have a sit in side, sharing with a lot of locals. Then a tea gift shop on opposite side. Great tea selection if you're a tea lover. Note a 'fancy tea house' but a fun experience.

We stayed a whole summer several years ago and ate most of our meals there. You can take out, or eat what you buy right there. We ate there again this trip. The same staff was there. They have excellent pasties and pastries. They packed, our pasties, froze them for us and kept them until we left so they would... More

We walked from our motel room to eat a quick breakfast. We each had a delicious donut. The coffee and strawberry smoothie were very good. The eating area was clean, the staff very friendly.

I'm a local first of all. I have been coming to this bakery for as long as I can remember. Sunday mornings at my grams house always started off with chocolate milk and custard filled long johns. I call them the stuff dreams are made of lol. No matter where I go I miss these! They can be busy at... More

Stopped here for lunch. Not impressed with the inside. They didn't have a very good selection, either. You order at the counter and wait for your food, then seat yourself at an eating area to the side. Chose a pasty, since Michigan is famous for their pasties. It was pretty tasteless and boring with not much filling. Also picked out... More
