Pub atmosphere and good food. As the name implies, it is on Main Street, so easy to find! We had the club sandwich and reuben - quite good. It also serves "pasties" (short a sound), which for me, are an acquired taste.

This place has an acoustic problem; it was so loud - at lunchtime - we couldn't hear ourselves think. Maybe it's the tin ceiling and walls? Also, the Whitefish soup was mostly cornstarch and potatoes - not a sign of any fish. Could have been...just a bad day - it was slightly off-season. But still ...More

The food and service was excellent at this restaurant. The food prices were what would be expected in a resort area. The atmosphere was pleasant and would eat there again.

Great pub on Mackinac Island. Crowded and popular; a bit of a wait for a table on a Sunday evening but space available at the bar. The onion soup and the whitefish were delicious, and our friendly server provided recommendations and interesting tidbits about life...on the Island.More

I’m going to keep this simple—this was the best whitefish I have ever had—planked or unplanked. Great place to eat! Thanks!

We had excellent food and excellent service at Millie's. Our group included 3 adults and 4 kiddos. The chicken alfedo and lemon chicken were delicious.

I was on my Pub Crawl, and this was one of my stops. The bartender was very friendly, and I asked for a beer recommendation. and was served an Oberon. He signed my shirt as I ordered the whitefish. The Whitefish they serve is fresh...catch from the Lakes. Since the waters are colder the meat of the fish is firmer making it taste better. This is one of the better small restaurants in town. Have a drink and some fish at Millie's on Main.More

I’m a picky person… especially with food. So, for me to say the food was phenomenal is a huge compliment. We had the salmon and pan fried perch; both were fantastic! This was, by far, the best meal we had on the island. (Iroquois hotel...had a great view, but food was mediocre). In addition, our waitress was attentive & fantastic. We are the meal so fast that I neglected to take some photos. My only suggestion for improvement would be the temperature was way too cold. So, take a sweatshirt and GO THERE!!!More

Nice bar like setting. Store front windows allow nice lighting in. Fried white fish was good. Came with fries and coleslaw. Wife had a meat dish deep fried. U.P. Food.

We had our anniversary dinner here, sitting at the bar. We like bar seating. Delicious drinks. May I recommend the Island Breeze? Yum! We started with some type of spicy shrimp, which were spectacular. I had the Neptune pasta covered with tasty seafood and flavorful...sauce. My husband had the whitefish and chips. Amazing! Highly recommend!More

During our recent trip my Mom and I stopped at Millie's while waiting for our carriage ride. We had a wonderful server named Ava. We just ordered the truffle fries but they were delicious and came with a blue cheese dip.So Good!

We arrived at 5:45 pm on a Thursday night in July and were seated right away. By around 6 pm, the restaurant was filled. Food was very good. We had the unplanked whitefish with duchess potatoes and pan fried perch. Both were excellent. Also, had...the lava cake which was very good, but my husband suggests serving it with ice cream. Not inexpensive, but good value for the Island.More

What a great place to find. The ceilings are original, and the atmosphere is welcoming. The manager, Bob, is so nice and friendly. Caesar salad was great and the burger delicious. Service was great.

LIke last person, I don't drink. But if the runners are anything like everything else I tried there they are probably good, or better.
