Great coffee and friendly service and the baked goods were fantastic. I bought an apple bread, espresso doughnut, and blueberry muffins along with some coffee beans for espresso.

Sozo has the best coffee anywhere. Excellent baked goods as well that even includes gluten-free baked goods. They roast their own and get the coffee beans straight from the coffee farmers around the world that they have visited themselves.

Size not only has fresh roasted coffe, they also have fresh baked pastries. The cinnamon rolls are big and filled with deliciousness! A great spot to meet friends, or work silently on your computer.

Me & hubby new years day stopped in for a coffee first time! Wasnt what i will go back for suppose to be a sugerfree carmal/cho hot coffee 12 oz we ordered 2# it was 10 soemthing for a 12 oz coffee with about 4 ozs of coffee and more foam then anything quality wasnt good taste was ok! Think we will stick to Biggys for which new years day they where closed ia why we tryed this place! Wasnt a fan and wont do it again!

I love that they have a drive thru, I'm lazy in the morning! The atmosphere is very relaxing inside if you have time to chill.

Sozo stands out above other coffee shops in the area, not only because of their freshly brewed, great tasting coffee but the friendly and helpful service, and the relaxing and cosy atmosphere. One of my favorite places to hang out!

Hands down the best coffee shop. I love that they are local owners making a really good product. I would rather have their coffee than any chain coffee place any day. The bakery is amazing too and they usually have a really good selection of gluten free items.

Great place to meet friends for a super cup of Joe. Snacks, muffins, and sandwiches are very tasty but a bit pricey. Coffee is as good as any of the big chains. The comfortable ambience is a terrific place to relax with your buds or meet new friends.

Great place. It feels like it should be in downtown Grand Rapids or Ann Arbor. It is far more polished than I expect. Plenty of space per customer. Great place for a meeting. They also have two conference/study rooms clearly meant for a group get together.

Delicious. What a nice surprise. Visiting from Saginaw and this was right by our friends home. What a yummy cup of coffee. These roasted beans are delicious.

Everything about this charming coffee shop is top notch! Fantastic coffee (a coffee shop where the owner roast their own beans in a small town--bonus!) decadent baked goods, a great variety of other drinks, and now gelato. Great attention is paid to the quality of the ingredients and the coffee roasting brewing process.Only Sozo's coffee now in my home and business! I've been to this establishment many times and never have I found the staff to be anything but friendly and personable. This is a comfortable, welcoming and indulgent place to hang out!

I've been here a few times and have really enjoyed the experience. I'm not a huge coffee drinker but find myself thinking about their drinks a lot! Iv had nothing but great coffee from here. I'll keep coming back!

Personnally not a coffee drinker, but they have a good variety of teas as well, and their baked goods alone are worth the stop!
