This is a lovely tea room. The selection of teas was huge, and the food was excellent. The afternoon tea (tea sandwiches, sweets, and small scones) was plenty for a light lunch. There quiche looked delicious as well.

The owner can be very rude And very over priced for what you get use to be much better The quality the attitude the table settings and all the special things seems to have never improved back to where it had been a few years...ago just not worth our time to come in anymore also I doubt if this business will be around much longerMore

Slightly high priced, but well balanced and flavorful tea blends. Knowledgeable staff. A good place to visit during an afternoon.

Sometimes we need to pause. Stop. Be still and let the world pass by. Do that here. The in-house food creations are always delectable. The tea selection is mind-bending and Andrea (owner) and her staff are friendly and attentive. Finger sandwiches, treats, delicious quiche; a...perfect step out of the normal. Highly recommended.More

Their tea selection was beyond my wildest dreams. Loved the chocolate chai our gracious server suggested. It paired perfectly with the orange scones served with cream and lemon curd. The table setting, subuded lighting, bold wall finishes, complemented sipping their tantalizing tea from bone china...tea cups. It was a perfect setting for celebrating friendship.More

My best friend treated me to "tea for two" and it was fantastic. The tea and food was delicious, the staff very friendly and the ambiance was beautiful. Little surprises are the best!

This is one of my favorite places in the area. They have a YUGE selection of teas, and a nice variety on the menu. You can stop in for lunch, a dessert, or a Full Afternoon Tea. The 3-tiered tray with mini scones and sandwiches...is fantastic! Best lemon curd I've ever had.More

I love this tea room! First, they serve loose teas. This way you know you're getting the good stuff, not castaways. If you're a tea lover, you know what I mean. The price is good for everything you get. We ordered the high tea for...two and ended up taking home left overs. When we were served our entree order, my husband asked if that was all we were getting. He was full before desert! If you like the tea, you can purchase a bag of it from the gift shop in the front of the restaurant.More

Pretty much perfect in every way: a beautiful space with a huge number of teas and stunning tea cups (tea tastes better that way), a staff who makes you comfortable, and great cakes and scones with lemon curd! This place would be a find in...a village in the Cotswolds of England and we have it right here in Houghton, Michigan.More

Nice spot for a cuppa. Prices for food are a little high for what you get, but this is more about quality and ambiance than a gorge yourself silly type of place. Think a touch of class in Houghton, MI

One of my favorite places in Downtown Houghton. Cute, comfortable atmosphere and really good food! Love going here with my mom, sister, and friends for a classy afternoon outing. The food is delicious, include soups, salads, and seasonal entrees. The tiered sandwich, scone, and cookie...trays are just so delightful! Wide tea selection - even if you aren't a tea drinker you'll find something you like. Tea is served on real china and if you're in a fun mood you can even wear one of the fancy vintage hats hanging around the restaurant for a truly old-fashioned experience!More

Right down the street from the college in the center of the block, beautifully restored pharmacy turned tea room. Fresh baked treats and tea in a period furnished tea room.
