It's in a small shopping area that's seen better days but the Biscuit is doing just fine, thank you. Service was quick and very friendly, sanitation/masking/distancing were all present and accounted for.
Best of all, the food was TERRIFIC. The cranberry bread French toast was a huge hit and even the white bread I ordered with my eggs was homemade - and was served with real butter and homemade jam.
We went to Holland to visit the art museum on the Hope College campus (which wasn't open to non-students) but the Biscuit is worth a trip all by itself.

The Biscuit has a wonderful breakfast. It’s homemade goodness. Their coffee is good, everything is local, fresh and homemade. Their granola pancakes are outstanding as well as the omelettes and egg dishes. I highly recommend.

Nice quaint place. Good breakfast savory or sweet. I swim at the Holland Aquatic center a couple times a week and then frequently go to breakfast at the Biscuit. A pleasant place and good breakfast

We had a 35 minute wait to get seated on Sunday morning. Then it took over 40 minutes after we ordered to receive our food. The manager was polite as was the waitress. But with only six small groups being seated in the restaurant 40 minutes for food seems extremely long. While the service was good we won’t be returning due to the long wait for a basic breakfast.

I am terribly sorry for the wait for your food. This was our first weekend of dine-in service after three months serving carry-out only, and I was completely unprepared for the volume of carry-out orders we would continue to receive at the peak hours on Sunday. As a result of this Sunday, we have learned to take carry-out orders for pickup at 15 minute intervals so they won't slow down our kitchen to the detriment of those who are dining in the restaurant. Again, I am sorry for your wait, and sorry that I wasn't able to make amends while you were in the restaurant. If you choose to dine with us again in the future, I hope you will introduce yourself so that I may apologize in person.

Great storefront restaurant with appropriately spaced tables and service with a smile! I had the veggie hash with fluffy Parmesan scrambled eggs and my husband had the Harper Rose. Our food was great tasting, hot and beautifully presented. So glad we gave The Biscuit a try!

This is a great place for breakfast and lunch. The menu is creative and the food is well prepared. I’m especially fond of the wait staff. They are attentive, knowledgeable, professional,helpful and prompt. I especially like The Biscuit because it is quiet enough to hold a conversation.

This is my favorite place for great breakfasts, friendly and efficient service, and the best atmosphere for relaxed, unhurried conversation. You'll not find better preparation of first class breakfast items, anywhere. I have eaten here a dozen times and have never been the least bit disappointed, though I come with very high expectations.

Yes, as previous folks have mentioned, the wait is ridiculously long, but the sun was shining, so sitting out side for 90 minutes was not a problem. It certainly was worth the wait. The food was unique and amazing, the service was friendly, and a good time was had!

The most unique breakfast items you will find. Not "weird" unique, but delicious unique. Excellent service and very affordable. Bought some of their granola on recommendation from a friend and it 'tis the best I've ever had.

Wow! The flavors were amazing!! The Eggs Harper Rose & the Breakfast Tacos were so flavorful - can't wait to go back :-) Also ordered the Special of french toast with fresh local berries with whipped cream & oat streusel topping... a real treat!!

Tried this little local Hotspot for breakfast! Given it's name we had to try the biscuits! Super light and fluffy and oh so tasty. Cute kids menu. The BLT scramble was great. The chorizo Benny was good...wished for some heat but it lacked that. The hollandaise with the cojita cheese made up where the chorizo lacked. Expect a wait on a weekend, but they turned tables quick. Customer service was good.

The Biscuit is a great breakfast restaurant. They offer a variety of entrées. The breakfast dishes my husband and I selected were delectable! This location is a must to visit!

There was an hour wait on Sunday morning and we almost left. Sooo glad we waited. It is a cozy little restaurant in a nearby neighborhood. Had the Migas scramble, which had a Latin flair. We also ordered the Mediterranean scramble. Both were delicious, served with potatoes and the star of the show -- a delicious biscuit. Our server was a super star. Brought me a refill the moment I finished my diet coke. Can't wait to get back to Holland to try something else off the menu.

The biscuit offers a great chicken hash as well as a quinoa/rice veggie bowl. It is popular, so you might wait a few minutes for a table.
