This is supposed to be the place for cookies in harbor springs. My cookie was good but expected more based on the hype

My family's been going to Tom's Mom's for years, and every year it lives up to our expectations--and then some! On top of the cookies being the best you'll EVER get, the staff are friendly and kind, and the outdoor seating area is straight out of a luxury garden design catalogue. Can't say enough good things!

My husband just had to compare Tom's Mom's chocolate chip, his favorite. It was chock full of not just chocolate chips but huge chocolate chunks. The base of the cookie was yummy on its own. My choice was the peanut butter which was also thick and reminded me of my favorite childhood peanut butter cookie made by my Aunt Mary.... More

Went by, line out the door, so came back after about an hour, still a line. We waited, but it moved fast. We got an assortment of cookies, and all were amazing. Big and full of flavor.

Delicious cookies. Worth a drive to get a dozen! A bit hard to find as it is in a tiny house on a side street, but keep looking.

My grandma makes the best cookies. No, really. So when everyone said how fantastic Toms Moms cookies were, I took it with a big grain of salt. My standards are pretty high. But I was pleasantly surprised. My family of 5 selected a dozen assorted cookies. They were all very, very tasty. As good as my grandmas? Of course not.... More

Wow! Terrific cookies, plain and simple. It is a quaint place, with only a few people are able to be inside at a time. There was a limited variety of cookies, maybe 12, but everything we tried was delicious. The peanut butter chocolate and the chocolate chip walnut were my two favorites. Tom's mom can bake!

These cookies are really, really good...like, you can pretty much feel the butter dripping out of the corners of your mouth. But...for like $2 a cookie, it feels a little steep. Highly enjoyable, but nothing I'd order at Christmas with shipping costs.

Thank Katie K
