Nice family owned bakery that has been around for ages. Very good gluten free goodies and a good place to meet the locals for coffee and a chat. Don't miss it

What a great place to find whether passing through or in the area for a while. One must stop and find Goodale's bakery. Not only is it a local home grown business but it is locally owned and operated by several generations. Not only do they serve a easy on the wallet breakfast but their pastries and donuts are also... This is an awesome bakery that offer hundreds of selections of morning donuts, pastry and loads of other things. The great thing is the prices that are charged. They are under all prices we have seen for the same size offering. Loved it and recommend to any visiting to stop in!!!

Sour cream and/or red velvet with cream cheese frosting are my faves. The chicken pasties (a little broccoli in it...I add some cheddar cheese at the end when heating them at home. Yum), deli meats, and buns/bread are regular purchases too.

I've dropped in a few times to pick up breakfast pastries, I recommend them. The selection is wide and includes many varieties of bread, rolls, pastries and donuts. There is a small eating area, but mostly caters to the take-out crowd.

We were headed to Grayling to watch a movie at the Rialto Theater but arrived early. So, it was time for a short driving tour of Grayling and we stumbled across Goodale's Bakery. There were lots of cars parked outside so we parked and walked inside. I could smell the sweets in the air before we got to the door!... More

Good old fashion bakery. Exceptional selection of baked goods including gluten free cookies. They also feature Kowalski products from the Kowalski stores in the twin cities. Includes a seating area and they offer sandwiches made to order as well as a selection of hot items. A fun place to enjoy some good tasting baked goods.

You can come by and hang with the locals as they have a cup of and a baked good. You can take out your baked goods. You can have a hot lunch or hot soup. It is inexpensive and tasty.
