We really enjoyed this restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional! We will definitely be back!

We have had a few bad experiences here, but this time, they hit the target, dead center. I almost always have the Orange Shrimp (not on the menu, but they will always make it) and they try to accomodate my desire for extra orange-y. My...wife either gets that or the ginger chicken with broccoli and loves it. Boy, this time, the shrimp was great, perfect, wonderful, really good. One welcome change is that they have gotten away from the old huge bowls with the bad handles on top. The bad news is that the new bowls hold a lot less soup and have no lid, so they don't stay quite as warm. But both of our soups were quite good. Service was good and the ambiance is unchanged. Chang's remains one of the premier mid-range restaurants in America.More

We requested for the music to be turned down and the manager came to the table and said: “we like it loud and we will not turn it down”. Unbelievable- the bass was vibrating the table and we could hear nothing from the waitress wearing...her mask. The music was not only bad, it was enough to damage hearing!More

We stopped in after a visit to Calvin College. We made plans to visit with family after not seeing them for over a year. We walked in and the music was terribly loud. We asked our server if she could have the music turned down....She said people ask but the manager always says no. She came back to tithe table to take our order and my mother with hearing aids could not hear over the music or the muffled voice from the mask. We made mention that it was fine we could not have the music at a conversational level and that we would not be back. A few minutes later Erik who happens to be the operating partner came and asked if he could help. I ask led about the music and he mentioned he’ll they like to keep the music loud. He was not going to change it. As a customer why would anyone come to the table and tell you what they will NOT do. Well, I will not be back and will go elsewhere. As an operating partner Erik needs to understand customers make a business successful.More

We have had good meals here and really bad meals here. We have had to the send our dinner back 3 times on the same visit and many other times. We have had managers argue with us about incorrectly made egg drop soup (we have...probably had it here 40 times and hundreds of times elsewhere). They have an OK beer list and the bar does pretty good. Service is wildly variable. We have had incorrect entrees brought to every person at a table, and it was partly the kitchen's fault and partly the server. We go here because there are very few decent oriental restaurants in town. If we had better choices, we would never go here. And to top it off, they have changes the Orange Peel Shrimp recipe and it is mostly breading and little flavor.More

Disappointed in the food, which was quite average yet overpriced. Service was slow, the lettuce wraps and fried rice were dry and tasteless. Have had much better. Staff were wearing masks and table spacing was appropriate, however.

I started my birthday dinner with an Asian Pear Mojito and finished it with a free birthday dessert.......unfortunately I didn't catch the name of the dessert, however I did get a picture of it. My daughter and her wife treated myself and my daughter in-law's...mother to dinner at PF Chang's for our birthdays. We shared an order of California Rolls and some crispy green beans, they were both great, but I really liked the crispy green beans. My entree was the Kung Pao Chicken, and it never disappoints. It was no problem to get the extra peanuts I asked for either, I love lots of peanuts on my Kung Pao. Our waitress was very nice and the service was good. The only complaint I would have is that when our birthday desserts were brought out it was implied that we would all get a free dessert for our birthdays, but it was only the other birthday gal and I that got a free dessert. Honestly it should have only been the birthday girls but the way they were presented my daughter and daughter in-law thought that theirs would be free too, therefore they were a little surprised to find it on their bill. All in all it was a good experience and I'm glad I tried a couple of new items, the beans and the California roll.......I'm anxious to have them again.More

Have been at the p in Lansing quite a few times. First time here, service was excellent, food was much the same as other store. Had sweet and sour chicken which was ok could have used more sauce to make it better. Had a pork...egg roll that was tasty and worth the order. Need to stop back again for some of the other great stuff on menu.More

Stopped in for dinner with friends. Have a reservation if going during evening, it was packed and there was a wait the entire time we were there. Another option is to eat at the bar, but harder to do if more than tow people. Drinks,...apps, sushi, and main courses are all fantastic, have never had a bad experience here.More
