The Melting Pot is a nice place to eat, the dining areas are private and quiet. My partner and I found it romantic. It takes awhile to grasp the nature of the menu process and to select your cooking oils and meats and desserts. But,...it is a relaxing and slow way to have a big meal. The restaurant is setup with cooking elements for the pots at your table, and the servers are well trained to explain how it all works. You cannot be in a hurry when you eat here, so set aside an extra hour more than you would normally spend. The wine list is good and the atmosphere is very warm. You may or may not appreciate the concept, but you should give it a try.More

Been wanting to go here for sometime .finally made it the experience was amazing .food was very high quality and fresh all the people that were there were very friendly I think as we left we were told to to have a good day by...every single staff. they were very nice and explained every thing to us since it was our first time . The drinks were amazing .the whole experience took a few hours first they brought the cheese fondue than salad than meat and veggies to cook on your flat top on your table than of course the chocolate turtle fondue so yummy it was pricey but to have a new experience and quality food and friendly staff it was worth itMore

Ok... so here’s the thing... I love the Melting Pot. I have probably been to over a dozen different locations across the US. But I have NEVER EVER received the level of customer service like Chelsea’s team at this location. Wow! From Chelsea herself, who...went above and beyond to accommodate our tables “special needs” during a pandemic, to her incredibly considerate kitchen staff .... to our FABULOUS server Alyssa.. this was an absolutely wonderful experience. I am in town catching up with a friend who donated her kidney to my husband’s brother last August. I picked the Melting Pot for their laid back “take your time” atmosphere. This isn’t a meal, people. This is an EXPERIENCE. If you’re looking for rushed, this isn’t for you. If you’re looking for cheap drive through food, this isn’t for you. If you’re looking for a slow paced, made in front of you, interactive EXPERIENCE.... this is for you. We spent 3 hours having a four course lunch. Alyssa never made us feel like we were holding up her table. She was outgoing, super enthusiastic, and clearly loves her job. She explains what she’s putting into the pot, and truly cares that you’re enjoying yourself. She was on top of refills without even being asked. My dining companions had never been to the Melting Pot and I know they’ll never experience it like this again. Above and beyond. Thank you, Alyssa. Thank you, Chelsea. Today was delicious.More

My husband and I chose The Melting Pot for our first anniversary dinner. We made a reservation in advance and were seated right away! Then, the wait began. It took several minutes for our waitress to acknowledge we were there. Then, several more minutes to...take our drink order. And even more time passed before we could even place our order. Every time she spoke with us, she was carrying something else for another table, giving the impression that we were an after-thought. When we finally were able to place our order, we ordered all courses at once and ordered the Melting Pot features - easy to remember! But the wait continued! We arrived at 7:38pm and received our first course at 8:25pm. There was too much wine in the cheese for the first course. We waited again and finally received our salad course, which wasn’t impressive or really worth our time. And you guessed it, we waited again. Somewhere along the way another waiter noticed that our service was lacking and apologized to us. When we received our entree course, they had run out of salmon and replaced it with filet - not gonna complain about more filet, but they didn’t ask us what a suitable substitute would be for us. The meat is the star here - not sure why they even serve the veggies. And finally, we received dessert, just in time to finish our meal before the COVID curfew! We left the restaurant at 9:55pm, having lost the last two hours of our lives. Later, we realized the waitress forgot to bring our credit card back to us, so we got to revisit the next day to pick it up from the restaurant. I’m not sure what was going on, but it was clear our waitress was not having an “on” day. But we still left a respectable tip, because people deserve a living wage, even on their bad days.More

Melting Pot is a great place for a relaxed evening and this one is no exception! Food is always super good quality and delicious! It is not a place you go when you are in a hurry because it is about the experience and enjoying...who you are with! They have a lot of options for different dietary restrictions, which is so great to know as I have friends who have them. They are expensive, but not extremely and for the length of time you are there it is very reasonable. Great service and very private for a romantic dinner out!More

If you are looking for a fun and romantic dinner this is the place to go it is a little bit more expensive than other restaurants but it’s definitely worth it you cook your food yourself at your table they have different broths to choose...from I recommend mojo they have a lot different kinds of meat or veggies if you’re a vegetarian the quality of their steak and other is top notch no fat and every piece was very tender I’ve been there about 8 times and the service is always excellent You can order chocolate covered strawberries in advance if you are celebrating a special occasion. When do go plan being there at least 2-3 hours because it’s typically a four course meal they bring you one at a time take your time with each course and enjoy it they also have kids meals I would not recommend kids under 5 because the pot in the middle of the table can get hot but if they are old enough they will have fun cooking their own foodMore

My husband and I went here for our 4th anniversary. It was the first time for both of us and we will go back again in the future for a special occasion. We sat in “lovers lane” and found it a little tight, but romantic....Next time we’ll sit at a table with two cook tops. For the first course we choose the “classic alpine”. It was yummy and we especially enjoyed the fresh carrots and pretzel bread dipped in it. The salad course was very disappointing. We both got the house salad with ranch dressing. It was extremely watery and lacking flavor and had too much cracked pepper on top. For the 3rd course we chose the mojo cook style and I wish we would have chosen any of the other options. The Caribbean seasoning was overwhelming and ruined the vegetables for me. We quite enjoyed our meat selection though. My favorite was the Filet mignon and my husband loved his scallops. The herb crusted chicken could have used a bit less seasoning in my opinion. For dessert we choose the “flaming turtle” and it was delicious. I literally licked my plate! Overall we enjoyed the experience though it’s awfully an expensive place to eat. For the price, you’d think the staff would wear something a little nicer than t-shirts.More

First and foremost this establishment will far exceed your expectations! My wife and I went here for the first time for a date night. We were expecting great food and expecting to pay more than your typical date night restaurant. From the reservation using open...table app to tipping our absolutely wonderful waitress! (When you go ask if Gina can serve you, you will not be let down!) For our reservation I asked for a quiet romantic seating experience... The Melting Pot delivered! We were escorted through the restaurant to a secluded half moon shaped table with the melting pot in the middle of the table. This was exactly what I had in mind, my wife and I could sit close to each other and still have plenty of room to enjoy what was the most delicious food we have ever encountered! We ordered a margarita and the Melting pot mule which were so very well made... Definitely hit the spot! Our choice of meal was the four course meal which consists of a selection of yummy cheeses melted in the pot of course.. it comes with veggies, and breads to dip in this creamy cheese sauce which Gina prepared perfectly (explaining everything she was doing along the way) right at our table! You will not even believe what you are about to taste! Next came our own select salads which were very yummy. However, the salad pales in comparison to what was the finest most tender generous bites of three types of seasoned and unseasoned meats... those alone will make your mouth water just looking at them. Our waitress (friend at this point in the night) Gina made the dipping sauce (right at our table explaining and conversing with us along the way). This dipping sauce I can only describe as award winning masterpiece of dipping sauces! (You will want to take it home with you...which Gina so kindly offered and put some in containers for us)! Seriously this young lady was by far the best waitress we have ever experienced! Next came out dessert! Yep, you guessed it... the finest dark chocolate mixed with a shot of bourbon Carmel, candied pecans, flambé! This desert is simply the crème de la crème of dessert! It comes with strawberries, bananas, cookie dough squares, rice crispy squares, pretzels, and angel cake it was just heavenly! I know this was a long review and for those who have stuck through and read it all.... I promise, just go here and enjoy top notch staff and the most amazing meal of your life! Huge thank you to Gina and her manager Kyla for treating us like royalty on our date night!More

Excellent food, service and staff. Several options for food and you cook it right at your table so you can’t blame the chef if it’s not right. A little pricey but well worth it!
