Great beer hall to kick back

4 of us stopped by for beers and appetizers. There is a 90 min on tables due to covid 19 Beer pretzels are great but the could have been more. We had the stein special and tried a few of their brews. I would come back again

Great selection of quality beers and fun bartenders

We sat in back at the cellarman's bar. The variety and quality of the beers is matched only by the friendliness and knowledge of the bartenders! The three of us each had a flight and everything was so well made, and they had so many styles that there was something for everyone (just be careful because quite a few are high alcohol, many varieties of Dragon's Milk, all of which were excellent!) Brian and Travis were so fun and knowledge about the beers and the process (as well as other breweries in the area. ) Don't miss this spot if you're in the area and like good beer.

Beautiful facility, decent food and service.

The building itself is a feast for the senses. It is very attractive and worth spending some time in. The food was good and creative (I would not say great). I had a brisket in a Philly style sandwich and the meat was very fatty. Wife had a mushroom pizza w/ goat cheese that was great! Everyone enjoyed the food and experience.

Tasty burger

Tasty food. The burger abs chicken were good. Not super fond of the fries which had skin on but seemed to be cooked differently - hard to describe. The desserts were tasty - the lava cake was in a mug and still warm and the cookie crumble was light and airy. We would go back but instead of fries get the raw veggies as the side (carrots celery and cucumber)

Helpful and yummy

We were in town for Thanksgiving and came in the day after with no notice with a LARGE group. The staff was incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to give us great service. Everyone ordered different things and I heard no complaints.

Not so happy birthday

We were there Saturday, May15, to celebrate 2 birthdays. A covered outdoor table was reserved by us but when we got there the host had given our table to another party. It was raining but he showed us to an outdoor table that was not covered. Not acceptable. Kyle the manager was apologetic and said if it wasn’t for Covid rules he would be able to move us inside. I’ve been there pre-Covid and the place is usually pretty packed on a Saturday night so maybe there would have been a table? Regardless, the rogue host was not trained correctly by management and it isn’t the fault of Covid requirements. It was very disappointing. I don’t know if or when I’ll be back. So, be aware that your reservation does NOT mean you will have a table upon arrival.

Great food, beer and vibe downtown GR

Wonderful pizza and beers! This was my first visit to Grand Rapids so I tried to research ahead of time as much as possible. I knew that I had to try the Exotic Mushrooms and Goat Cheese pizza and it did NOT disappoint!! So flavorful and the crust was super crispy - even the pieces that I ate the next day were not soggy. I had the Super Space Machine on my first visit. On the next I had it once more alongside a zero ABV beer filtered seltzer. Was just a bit disappointed that the Bananas Foster Porter was not available.

Amazing all around

Not only is the beer soooo great but the food was delicious!! The tater tots app is an absolute must try. It was the item I was least excited about and loved the most. It is not what you think it is going to be. Our waiter was very informative as well with regards to the many beer varieties. We will definitely be back!

Great beer and food, cool location!

We went in for beer and light food. We started at the store in the front where we could taste some of the liquor products they sell (most of which were very good) and their merchandise is cool. The seating area was really a nice venue. The beer was great. We enjoyed the light fare we ordered so much that we ordered dessert. The cast iron bourbon apple dessert was absolutely delicious, with the most amazing crust. I definitely recommend eating and drinking there!

Great Food and Drink

Great food and drinks. Stopped in for lunch after our Escape Room outing. We had burgers, chicken, pulled pork, and shaved rib eye sandwiches. along with some cocktails, beer and Kombucha. All were very good. Waitress was friendly. Place is big and nice location. Parking is on the street or a couple lots near by (payment requirement).

New Holland has taken this space to another level. Nicely decorated. Appropriately divided dining areas for comfort and intimacy. The food and drinks were excellent. The staff was proactive, helpful and insightful without "bothering". We'll be back and bring friends and family with us.

We live on the east side of the state, took a day trio as I have never been. Did some research and found this brewing company. They have the best pizza crust for people with diet issues. We had the BBQ pizza on gluten free crust.. its was amazing!!!! def recommend this location.

Great big beer hall, awesome design. Beer garden outside. Lots of in house beers and a retail store to get some to go. Great pub menu with good tasting food. Staff was friendly and prices were great. I suggest making reservations for busy times.

This place was huge! Great food loved the atmosphere. Overall happy with our time there and the food we received. The waitress was extremely nice too. If ur visiting Grand Rapids I would recommended if you wanted a low key outting to eat.

Super great place for Burgers
