Without a doubt, the Blind Squirrel is an excellent place to find anytime. The menu selection is great. The kitchen crew does a terrific job in preparation as well as presentation. Service was excellent and prices were very fair. Beer was cold. It also had a family atmosphere. All in all, a place to call a fav. Thank you Jason and staff.

The Blind squirrel located right downtown Fremont is a nice family friendly bar and grill. Fast friendly service and good lunch and dinner specials! Pinball in the front and events like trivia!

We ate here for dinner while staying in Newaygo. We had the Jasadilla and chicken kabobs- both very good. Has pool tables, video games, bar and family areas. Staff very friendly.

Met my wife for dinner after beers with a coworker. Place was very busy, but service kept up. The steak kabobs were good with rice. The pasta with steak was also good. Fun atmosphere with so many people.

The burgers are wonderful, had mushroom appetizer and they were the best I have ever had. Onion rings are great. Our waitress was wonderful.

Stopped in on our way up north. The food was excellent. Cod taco was crunchy and flavorful. Beer choices were good twisted squirrel ipa was really good.
Food was tasty, fast service,and wait staff friendly. Recommend stopping in if you get the chance.

Two colleagues and I went to the BS for lunch. Although the service was friendly, it was exceedingly slow. It was a good half hour for our food to be delivered after ordering. Burgers and jasadilla were very good, as were the fries, but it took forever. They were very good about drink refills. They would have earned four stars if they were faster.

The PBB&J burger is fantastic! Oh they have other really good meals, but when I see that burger on the menu gotta have it. I know it sounds weird, just try it!

Fremont is lacking for restaurants. The Squirrel is easily the best place in town for food and service. I'd like to see a few more food choices, but everything we've had has been very good

This is a very comfortable restaurant. We dined in the tavern area. There is also a dining room and game room. We met the owner he is a nice guy along with a friendly staff that can't be beat. The men exchanged fishing tips. The food was great and there is a full bar. No negatives here. Go and enjoy!!!

Stopped here by chance on a drive through town and so glad we did. My burger was really delicious. Typical bar atmosphere with food that is definitely a step above typical bar food.

Noisy, Mixed drinks are VERY week. if you want a Jack And Coke order a coke and a shot.

The menu offers a variety of selections. I chose the pulled pork sandwich which was tasty and sizeable. The service was excellent, very attentive. I was there mid week and the place was packed. Clearly a locals' hangout.
