First time in Flint, saw reviews for this deli and glad we stopped. I had the Motor City wrap and could not have been better. A lot of meat and full of flavor. My wife had the Mott and was pleasantly surprised on the flavor and size. She could only eat half now, rest for later.
Definitely a place to eat, food and service were both excellent.

Such a great small business with diverse menu, quality food, good atmosphere, and timely service. I don't normally write reviews but I had to for this place! They had some cute little nick-knacks for sale too.

I love the sandwiches. They are freshly made to order, and very filling. They have a great menu selection, and pricing is not bad either. They are always welcoming and friendly when we go there. Always a happy customer.

We stopped here for a quick sandwich. It was mid afternnon on a Saturday so it was not very busy. The resturast is clean and the gentleman taking our order made several suggestions which was very helpful. All I can say is that it was probably the best Reuben Sandwich I have ever had! Amazing!

We needed a quick bite to eat and randomly found this place. The best BLT I have ever had. Too bad they only gave me a half of a sandwich.

We tried here based on the reviews. We had to wait for someone to take our order and then we had a long wait for the food to come. It wasn't terribly busy and a lot of workers were seen in the back. Maybe it is what we ordered? We both had the Bogart which was a chicken sandwich on Cibatta. It was tasty. We would try again to see if the service was better next time. PS they moved to Saginaw Street

My favorite deli downtown, they are always consistant with great lunch specials. They have recently moved to Saginaw street downtown, and makes it easier to walk from the office here.

We try and stop at different spots in downtown Flint after meetings. This was our first time here and won't be the last. A group of several ladies we ordered a mix of salads and sandwiches and were not disappointed by any of them. The Sherwood Forest salad was my favorite, chicken was well seasoned. Portions were very generous. The sandwiches ordered by the group were quite large. Everything was fresh and favorable.

We went to this deli to check out the Art Deco building and were plesantly surprised with our lunch. The sandwich and the potato salad were great. We will be back when in Flint.

Staff was excellent as my young daughter and I lunched here. Even offered a free map of the dtown area for a future visit. Ashley gave us a free cookie for my daughter if she finished up her lunch. They did not have their red skin potato salad but provided a cup for soup as an equal substitute. Their stuffed pepper soup was delicious! Both of our sandwiches were very hardy and was a great value for the price. Interior design was charming and allowed for a lot of discussion. Highly recommended for a family lunch spot.

Great place for lunch. Love their wraps and sandwiches. Recently had the Sherwood Forest salad which is chicken, craisins, walnuts, granny smith apple and feta cheese. It was very good

Went on a recent Sunday afternoon. Had the Rockin’ Reuben. Delicious, and just the right size. Prices reasonable for the quality. Nice seating area. Enjoyed walking the antique store next door. Will be back again.

Hoffman's is a fixture in Carriagetown, which is just a couple of blocks from downtown Flint. It has a large open patio in summertime, and seating indoors with lots of light in the cooler months. Hoffmans offers a wide array of sandwiches and salads that are innovative and cater to lots of tastes. They can modify something to be however you need it. The staff are extremely hardworking and friendly. They treat their customers like neighbors. The only challenge to Hoffman's is that they are so popular that there is often a rush at noon. If you get there by 11:30, order ahead, or 12:30 though you should be able to navigate the rush. Even busy, they get through the line pretty quickly. The only suggestion I have for Hoffman's is to try to make sure that 1 of the 2 soups offered every day is vegetarian. They do have wifi and this is the kind of place you can hang out for a bit if you want some time to relax.
