My wife and I went to The Cork for the dinner on a Saturday night. We got reservations and were immediately seat at a comfortable high top table. Bartenders did a great job with our pre dinner cocktails. Our waitress Brie was very sweet and...helpful in ordering our dinners and bottle of wine. Menu had great selections to choose from. We will definitely go back as this was the best meal I have ever had in Genesee County, Michigan.More

The owner was condescending and rude to a food allergy. I treated different because of my color!!!!!

This was like a 50 and above drunken dance club. We came for a night cap and to scout out the menu, only to find the staff doing shots and the owner already drunk. Music was loud. People dancing everywhere. I’m ok with that, but...this is not the Cork restaurant I once knew. The owners friend was making motions of spanking my husbands butt. It was really so unprofessional. We are still in shock. I don’t know… I’d move on if I were you. Check out Xolo.More

Mothers Day and my grandsons where treating us to dinner. It was nice to finally get out for a family celebration. I would advise patrons to check the bill before paying it. If I had not ask to see the bill we would have been...charged about $130. People make mistakes but glad I pointed this out.More

Service was good and so was food. For the price I expected a more. The pork chop was tough and the “steak knife” was not efficient.

Every visit that I have ever had to this establishment has been great. The food is amazing and the setting is classy and comfortable. The service is very professional and warm. If you have a large group I would call first as it is a...cozy establishment that is usually quite busy. Perfect for a date or anytime you want things to be perfect.More

First visit to Cork (I live in Florida), but I had heard many great reviews from friends who frequent here. I love great service and equally great food.....I found both of those at Cork. Anne was my server and she was truly very pleasant....attentive is...a bonus for me and she was!! I was dining alone outside and she never missed a second of service with me. I love that!! (all stereotypes of servers hating to wait on single women disappeared! ;) ;) thanks Anne! ) I noticed sweet potato fries with one of the entrees, but not listed as a side. She said that I could substitute for them. Yay!! I ordered the Scottish Salmon sandwich and it was fabulous!! Perfectly cooked fresh fish and the aioli was as good as I've tasted! I'm not a brioche fan, but the bun was just right. The sweet potato fries = A+ Thanks Cork and Anne!! See you again while I"m visiting, for sure!!!More

This was our first visit and won't be our last. Our wait staff Tory was great and the Chef came to visit our table to welcome us and thank us for coming in. The wine was real good, the appetizers were excellent and our dinner...selections hit the mark. The desserts were as awesome as the meal so don't pass on them either. We joined another couple who had been there once before and we can see whey they wanted to come back. It was approximately a one hour drive both ways for both of us and it was well worth it.More

We went downtown to a show at Capitol Theater and wanted to grab dinner and drinks. Checked our usual places and everywhere had 30+ minute wait. Called Cork and got the last table. Service was excellent. Prices were more than at our other usual haunts...but not crazy. Good beer selection. Yes I know its a wine place but I do not like wine which is why I had never been there before. All four of us loved our meals. We have a new place to eat downtown Flint.More

We went to Cork’s after an afternoon at Crossroads Village. We went through many rounds of appetizers. My wife and son had the beef special, I had the shrimp and grits, my daughter had a tuna dish and my son-in-law had a burger. Everything was...great. An excellent wine selection. The family ordered the chocolate cookies for dessert. Each one was the size of a small saucer. Once again, a memorable meal.More

Decided to end our night with desserts and drinks at The Cork fairly late with a party of 10. Called ahead and they had set up a large table for us. We ordered almost all of the desserts. All were good to outstanding. Bread pudding...was my favorite. Excellent mixed drinks and always great wine selections. Super service. These people consistently get it right.More

My sister and her family were visiting from California and I wanted them to enjoy one of our favorite restaurants. Cork totally exceeded our expectations this time. After several appetizers and a complete spectrum of entrees, every dish was executed perfectly. The Shrimp and Grits,...Filet, pastas, burgers and the Duck were shared around the table. Not one weak dish was served. My sister and her family were extremely impressed. Kudos Cork.More
