After 25 plus year's of great food, has left this restaurant service dough! Serving dough and fully cooked bread sticks! They should have a nice buttery salted with parmesan cheese. After spending $14.79 for 2 bags of dough and 3 meat sauces. Hello the own...said he would make good but never took my name! Do yourself a favor STAY AWAY! SAVE YOUR MONEY!More

This place was known for fantastic bread sticks and great Italian dishes. Today the chicken parm was really mediocre and the breadsticks totally different. Instead of dense, garlicky deliciousness they were mostly air and tasteless. Total disappointment.

This is the second time in the past couple of months I order food get all the way up there, and they are out of something in my order. This was the first time I've gone back since it happened before and yet again they...are out. Before you ask, yes I called and placed my order, so you would think the person on the phone would know they were out of my item, since the girl at the counter said they haven't had it all day. Then I just get home and they didn't put in my order of bread sticks and bread sauce. I guess my mistake for not double checking that too. I was hesitant to order again when my kids asked, but I did it anyway. Lesson learned, we will not be going back to Fenton House.More

We all ordered fettuccini alfredo and they were all terrible. The noodles were short like they were broken into small bits. The protein was dry. The shrimp was okay. BUT, the alfredo sauce was something maybe from a can or worse. It had no taste...and was like soup. Like liquid soup. The salads were TOO BIG and inconsistent and the ACTUAL thing that was supposed to be soup was more like a sauce and it was gross. We would have gone hungry if it wasn't for the mediocre bread sticks.More

I like Fenton House, but will not be going for a bit. Every table was full, which meant I was one of 4 people wearing a face mask. A server, and people getting to go, were the only ones with a mask. But that's not...the main reason I'm writing this. It's because their bread sticks have really gone down hill. I LOVE a good bread stick and Fenton house had the best. Doesn't hurt that the food is really good too! But back to the breadstick...use to be fluffy inside slightly crunchy on the outside with butter and garlic salt( I think). Now they are doughy, and barely edible to me. They use to really compliment the fantastic lasagna, salad, or good pizza( I've had better). In fact I think the pizza use to be better too! Not sure what's happening, but the area is great I just hate to see it go down a slipper slope down hill.More

I ordered the perch special which came with mostaccioli, it was delicious. My husband had the pasta trio. manicotti, ravioli, and stuffed shells. The food was outstanding and very good portions. It is a little noisy and a very family friendly place. We didn't mind.

My co-worker and I had a great lunch with wonderful food, great service. We didn't have to ask the waitress to refill our glasses.

Always great food, always exceptional service, and a gameroom for the little ones. There’s even dinning on the back deck. Something on the menue for everyone, good wine list. The nachos, Michigan cherry salad, and a host of pasta! No one has ever left this...place hungry. Eat here! Have fun!More

I ordered dinner the day before Mother's day for a 5:30 pick up. After waiting in line I finally get to the counter to be told that they gave my order of lasagna away to another customer. Wow! Really? Why did I order the night...before to not have my complete dinner order ready for my pick up. Of course the staff didn't remotely care. They offered bbq chicken as a replacement even though that's not what I wanted. I accept it just to get out of there. By the way no discount or anything for my inconvenience. I get home and we sit down to eat to find out the chicken isn't cooked all the way through so that goes in the trash. This place is the absolutely worst in fenton. Don't waste your time with a carry out from this place. There are tons of great restaurants in fenton with great customer service, but this place isn't one of them. The owner has clearly set the expectation that they don't care about their customers and the employees mirror it. I wasted $80 on a dinner for my family that I will gladly take somewhere else going forward. Avoid at all cost! You've been warned.More

Food was good but workers need to be more sanitary during this virus time. Change gloves especially after handling money. Do not eat in the back and then handle food without washing hands. Very careless.

Ordered the world famous bread sticks for the third time. Under proofed once again, gummy and under baked. Ordered two burgers medium rare, once again hockey pucks. Will not be back
